Except these aren’t Russian bot farms, which aren’t actually in Russia. They are destabilizing email and commerce, which hurts Russia. www.snopes.com/news/2026/10...
Once again, Nichols being the myopic neocon that he is. Maybe $ doesn’t fix everything, but you can’t fix shit without it. And frankly my local PD doesnt need armored vehicles and helicopters. ICE doesn’t need a budget that rivals nations. Put that money whee it can benefit people, not kill them.
Some inner city schools do well. Some don't. Some rural schools do well. Others don't. Money - and this we learned the hard way - cannot really influence outcomes. Culture, environment, parents - they matter more. I feel like I'm talking to people who missed the last 60 years of US history :) /4x
The ending of this verse, little discussed, is that an old woman walked up, grabbed a heavy boulder, and made the final blow. Jesus turned to her and said, “Ma, you really piss me off sometimes.”
Jesus, of course, famously stopped a public execution (stoning) by declaring "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." Suspect people like the one quoted below would have no compunction about casting that first stone.
Bullshit dismissals from “experts” like Tom here are half the reason we are where we are. To ascribe rational explanations to batshit crazy behavior is so myopic and so harmful.
I think the Los Angeles thing was just a garbled stupid thing that came out differently than he intended, but Jill is right in general that his jokes are not really jokes

There’s not as many as there used to be, sadly. The best were weekends on the UWS when trains are spaced out and you got serenaded by a classical violinist. It was literally a movie scene.
If you’re in the New York subway and a street musician is playing your song and your wife is there, you have to dance with her. I did.
