I can't believe I have to say this, but this is where we are... If someone is shot in front of your, check for a pulse at the neck. If it is not strong and easy to count (you don't need to count, it just needs to be easy to count), begin chest compressions IMMEDIATELY. Hard and fast, center (1/

A sprawling and potentially devastating winter storm is projected to slam a massive swath of the country through the weekend. Heavy snow, life-threatening cold and dangerous ice accumulation are all in the forecast.

To anyone who lives in the Oklahoma City area be advised that the city council will consider approving an ICE facility on Tuesday the 20th at 8:30 AM. The facility is near a majority Hispanic school in a Hispanic neighborhood. ICE cannot be allowed to terrorize these people. Show up to protest.

Sounds reasonable to me...

I'm just over here keeping up the conspiracy theory that Stephen Miller can only be outside for a limited amount of time before an eagle tries to divebomb his head. They keep mistaking him for some manner of varmint. Scientist are baffled. You'll never see him and an eagle in the same place. Ever.

As the Epstein shutdown continues, remember your neighbors who have lost income or jobs. Trump cancelled 94 million pounds of food destined for food banks and they are running low. Please drop off non-perishable groceries at your local food bank.

We're living at a moment when ICE is threatening not only to arrest and deport immigrants but arrest and prosecute everyday people and leaders for educating others about their constitutional rights. Helping to defend our immigrant communities is one clear action that we can all take right now. ⤵️

PSA: If you’re protesting today, turn the biometrics on your phone OFF. No facial recognition, no fingerprint, PASSCODE ACCESS ONLY. Law enforcement can make you unlock your phone with those, but they can’t make you use your passcode. That gives you a case in court should they go that route anyway.

Tomorrow is the big day. Our goal: to show the power of the 3.5% rule right here in the U.S. Over 100,000 coalition members and their families will be attending events across the country to help as needed.

We’ll keep you updated on turnout, but tomorrow, our page won’t be posting photos or videos for safety reasons. We’ve held back for a reason. Now we’re counting on you. Take photos and video of everything. Share it far and wide to help flood every platform. Let the world see what’s happening!

Darkness doesn’t drive out darkness. Only light can do that. Still, after everything we’ve seen from this administration, we wouldn’t be doing our job if we didn’t help you prepare. Here’s what to bring:

- Switch to airplane mode to help prevent cell phone interception. - We’re monitoring for cell-site simulators, these have been deployed at protests before. If detected, we’ll issue alerts. - Use the buddy system. Stick with your buddy, just like in the park.

The front lines aren’t just in the crowd—they’re at the edges. We need people on the perimeter capturing the full picture. Stay aware, move smart, and protect what you record. This video breaks it down with trusted, practical guidance. Know how to watch power—and hold it accountable.
