Are we great yet?🙄😜 Vote! 🗳️

The response to AI so far by our government reminds me of the movie “Don’t Look Up,” and not in a good way. Like nuclear technology, AI needs worldwide cooperation and regulation so that its best capabilities and uses can be responsibly developed while avoiding its most dangerous potentialities.

From the Washington Post. Americans have spent an extra $107 billion on gas & diesel costs since the 🍊one started the war with Iran.

Average drivers notice gas prices more, but diesel is the fuel ⛽️ that powers the American economy. As it reaches $6/gal for the first time in history due to expansion of the Iran war to the Red Sea shipping corridor, supply chain costs 💸 will soon work their way into the price of everything else.

Never forget means to remember not just the tragedy of 9/11, but also its lessons - many of which we seem to have forgotten 25 years later. That we are at our best when everyday folks show fortitude, integrity, & compassion, & we can achieve anything as a nation when we demand these from our leaders

The billionaires’ club 💰 will continue to live large on the backs of working folks and our kids and grandkids until we stop them. 🛑 Check your voting status now so they cannot steal your vote in November. 🗳️

BREAKING: Army Secretary Dan Driscoll RESIGNS. Driscoll is the guy Buria told to approve certain firings because "Trump won't want to stand next to Black female officers." The Army now has ZERO Senate-confirmed civilian or military leaders. www.wsj.com/politics/nat...

Hegseth has taken out more American generals than Iranian ones.

There was and will never again be anyone like Dolly Parton. She succeeded through talent, savvy, and hard work, but rose to the status of nationaltreasure because she truly lived by the goldenrule and encouraged us all by example to do the same. #restinpower 💕🪽🕊️

NO 👇 LIES DETECTED, TODD.....

Gorgeous weather for an after dinner boat ride! 😎☀️🚤💦🌊 Watched the great blue heron and osprey fish, the barn and tree swallows chase insects across the water, and spent some relaxing quality time with Paul. ❤️🥰

What is the difference between the current IranWar and Vietnam? The 🍊 one had an exit strategy for Vietnam.

Dead or alive, Mitch McConnell is on extended medical leave — on your dime. This is the same Mitch McConnell who voted against: paid family and medical leave for everyone else.

He has broken many of his campaign promises. Many of his policies have proven to be awful 🤮 & have harmed 🤕the American people. Now that voters are beginning to see through the bull 💩, the 🍊one’s solution, rather than change course, is to cheat in the midterm elections. 😡

There are few more impactive elements to add to your parade crew than a visit from the Handmaids of Minnesota. They say so much without saying a word. How lucky 🍀 were we to host them for Chaska River City Days Parade?! Thank you, Handmaids! 💙🇺🇸🥳 🌊

DFLers know that politics are above all about showing up for our neighbors and communities. Thank you to Gather and Grow Good Shelf and all who brought donations to the SCC meeting in Waconia last Saturday! 💙🇺🇸🤝

Sounds about right. 🤨🙄 And here I thought MAGA opposes gender affirming care. 🤡😂

Our national debt is now over $39 trillion. During his five and a half years as President, the 🍊one has added $11 trillion (so far) to that total. That’s over 28% of the total amount - with 2 1/2 years still to go. 💸

Paul is in Washington DC. The reflecting pool is absolutely green, gross 🤢, & losing its “beautiful blue” bottom. I told him not to touch anything because he might get arrested, & because eeeuuuwww. 😜😆 So much for “beautifying” DC. 🙄 It is so metaphoric for this entire 💩show of an administration.

CD6 communities were well-represented at the Waconia Marching Band Festival yesterday. Talented students from Waconia, Elk River-Rogers-Zimmerman, Sauk Rapids-Rice, & Foley all gave phenomenal performances - congrats to all participants! 💙🎺🥁🪊

Waconia’s Big Black did not disappoint as they hosted talented high school marching bands from around the state at the annual Waconia Marching Band Festival yesterday! 🥁🪊🎺🎵🎶 It was a special treat to run into @joebrothersformnhouse, who came out to support our kids. 💙😎

Ike thoroughly enjoyed his first boat ride of the summer. ⚓️😎☀️🌊

After handing out more tax cuts to billionaires, the 🍊one’s vanity projects, war, slush funds, & other corruption already adds up to well over 1/2 trillion dollars after just 18 months in office. While his lapdog Congress & agencies propose cutting even more basics that actually serve taxpayers. 😡

🐦‍⬛Jim Crow 2026🐦‍⬛

When hard rain lays one’s irises down to rot on the ground, one must improvise so that they can still be enjoyed. 🙂 ☀️

The corruption is staggering. 👀💩😡

For two years, Mike Johnson refused to hang the plaque on the wall honoring police officers who defended the Capitol on J6 against a mob of violent rioters, even though a law was passed to mandate it. But he supports paying over a billion dollars to the criminal rioters.

From Jay Kuo. The corruption is astounding. 👀💩😡

Mark Wentling for the Bulwark reports that last year FBI Director Kash Patel led a private snorkeling expedition very near the USS Arizona Memorial site in Pearl Harbor. This is perhaps one of the most vile things he has ever done. That place is a sacred burial site for over 1000 US Navy sailors. 😡

Trump is negotiating to settle his lawsuit against his own IRS, and one of the remedies being floated (along with almost 2 billion dollars) is the IRS dropping all audits of Trump, his family, and his businesses. Just absolutely staggering corruption.

Like many of your friends & neighbors from BOTH parties, I am a local election judge. We are now all targets of the 🍊 one & his conspiracy goons. Is this what people voted for - to harass & treat our local election worker neighbors like criminals? 👀🕵🏼‍♂️👨🏼‍⚖️👀💩

First backyard fire 🔥 of 2026. 🌷Spring vibes 🌊

The recent SCOTUS decision is fully intended to neuter the power of over 60% of American voters to impose a permanent right wing minority rule not just in red states, but also in Congress.

The incompetence is stunning. 🤡 If they are this careless with doctors’ personal information, what’s happening with all of our personal data that #doge illegally pillaged? 👀

The Roberts Court Shows Its True Partisan Colors A Republican power grab triumphs over minority voting rights. ...

We can afford $400 million for a gilded ballroom and $900 million to retrofit a “gifted” plane for the 🍊one, but yet could not afford $700 million to keep the ACA subsidies for regular working folks? Oh, and “customs fees” are just another phrase for “more tariffs.” 🙄🤬

Yesterday, CD6 DFL delegates overwhelmingly endorsed @dougchapinforcongress to flip the 6th and defeat Tom Emmer - Congratulations, Doug! #LFG! 🥳🎉💙💨🌊

All those politicians running for their lives during a shooting finally got to understand how kids in schools feel.
