Congresscritters have to get their health insurance on the ACA Marketplace. It's written into the ACA. They're competing with everyone in DC. Congressional staff and other unelected employees get the old government insurance plans.

We have health insurance through my husbands work for an annual physical he has routine bloodwork done because he didn’t have it drawn at the right place he was charged 500 for the lab work, no one told him that this is health insurance
