$HOME is in the terminal. Now your new coding bestie is available in whatever terminal emulator you use. Crush is a high performance, agentic coding tool built with Charm libraries and the quirky, playful aesthetic that you know and love. This is just the beginning, too.

Meet Prism, a specialized 8B model trained to route coding tasks to the right model in real time. Prism chooses fast cost-efficient models for the easy stuff and bigger, smarter models for the hard stuff. We're seeing upwards 45% lower inference costs. Now live on Charm Hyper. hyper.charm.land

Alrighty, Superlogical’s Program Status Protocol is now live in Crush. Supporting terminals and multiplexers now get updates on what Crush is up to and when it needs your attention. Here it is in Rex Beta! ✌️

Wonder about opaque numbers no longer! Data visualization is coming to Crush :3

Crush now lets you bang out commands with full ANSI output in real time 👀

what if Crush had a "shell mode" that converts MCP tools to builtins through the fancy interpreter we already use to add builtins for crushrc 🤔 like code mode, but shell and through its existing bash tool

A new module is available: 'programs.crush'. Crush is Charm's coding agent for the terminal. The module installs Crush, writes its JSON configuration, and manages Agent Skills. It can also take MCP servers from the shared 'programs.mcp' module. #NixOS #Nix #HomeManager

I have that smile on my face every time I go to @charm.land's Hyper to buy credits. I have been using their CLI/TUI for so long, and their are so great it feels good to spend money on that team : )

Qwen 3.8 Max. Day 0. Live on Hyper. It's been an absolute pleasure working with the Alibaba team on this release.

I recently discovered #Crush by @charm.land Highly recommend giving it a try if you've been using something like Claude Code or Co-Pilot Crush is open-source and 100% vendor-agnostic, so you can point it at any model you like, not just those from Anthropic, Microsoft, OpenAI, etc.

You can now use Hyper from Pi without a bunch of manual work! After setup, you’ll immediately have access to all the great models we provide. You can also see your Hypercredit balance in the statusline without having to check the website 🙂 github.com/charmbracele...

Qwen 3.7 Max is now on Hyper. We waited a week to make sure it met our standards for performance and zero data retention. This one is impressive. Try it here: ⚡️ hyper.charm.land

cliamp by @iamdothash is a retro terminal music player inspired by Winamp. It supports local files, streams, podcasts, YouTube, Spotify, Plex, SoundCloud, and more…with visualizer, EQ, and playlists. Built with Bubble Tea v2! github.com/bjarneo/cliamp

Lip Gloss hit 🌟10k on GitHub!! Her personal brand is unmistakable and she’s GREAT at style and layout in terminals, especially when it comes to TUIs. We’re so proud of her! She’s in use in over 23k open source projects, and all of this is thanks to YOU. 💌

Crush’s agentic fetch tool is cool: it reduces context for the main agent and becomes a whole mini web search situation ✦*⋆˚。⋆

New in Crush today: Jobs! Crush can now run and manage background processes. Spin up a dozen Xcode builds, start a swarm of Docker containers, and go crazy. The asynchronous world is now at your (LLM’s) fingertips. (∿°○°)∿ ︵ ⚙️ github.com/charmbracelet/crush
