It was very obvious from the outside that the infrastructure was no longer working as intended, and it seems a rather sensible decision to really focus on the things that can be contributed beyond services offered by others. Let’s see how this will play out!

cos.ioOSF Changes: A Note to UsersThe Center for Open Science announced a significant change to the Open Science Framework (OSF). This post shares what led to the change, implications, and what's next.

chartgerink.comOn the Open Science Framework's changesThe OSF is changing after fourteen years. As an early adopter, I wanted to share some thoughts for whomever might be interested and to document my own reflections.

Brian Nosek@briannosek.bsky.social

Over the next several months, we will phase out some popular OSF features. These changes do not affect current public content, which remains safe and accessible. We have prepared support material to help users adapt. I am very sorry for the disruption to your work. Please read this post for details.

@leaflet.pub is it expected that with a custom domain, post links on that page are redir'ed to `*.leaflet.pub/*`? finding link to specific post + surprised to see the clickthrough reverted to the *.leaflet.pub domain, even though forcing the custom domain does work👇 chartgerink.com/3msan3z62lc2p

okay i'm 46 posts in on my migration and i'm committed to seeing it through. Leaflet is now my new blog and Ghost is getting cancelled. Plenty of good features, some minor quirks but to be expected. Lots of potential here too 😊 soon under chartgerink.com

would be great if the date selector also permitted selecting the year directly, as i now have to do this for my backlog dating back to 2015

wait also no native table support?! damn – had to create an HTML table to get there now 🤔 i really want to like leaflet but some of these things make it slightly hard to swallow
