My friend just dropped a new X-men fanart

And Rogue is finished. Spicy (nude) variants available over on the paid Patreon tier. Not as many variants this month, since it’s a full illustration. Let me know which approach you like more, between this month and last. www.patreon.com/ScottCoffin/...

The primary function of a bloated ICE budget, concentration camps, mass surveillance, occupation of cities, takeover of airports, etc. is to get all their ducks in a row and set up a national infrastructure for enforcing a draft

I’ve teased this long enough. It’s time. To set clear expectations, I’ll be dropping page batches at irregular intervals, as I’m able. My intent is to package pages as complete “scenes”. This first batch is 7 pages, and will cover the opening scene of the story.

I disagree with Congressman Gonzales that 5-year-old American citizen children are helped in any way by their kindergarten classmates being kisbnapped and disappeared by marked, armed thugs.

Gonzales on Liam Ramos and his family: "They're not gonna qualify for asylum. So what do you do with all the people that go through the process and do not qualify for asylum? You deport them. I understand that 5-year-old and it breaks my heart. I also think, what about that 5-year-old US citizen?"

House Dems got the new Epstein emails from Epstein's estate not Trump's DOJ Same with the birthday card Even though DOJ certainly has them in its Epstein files If Trump has failed to release those docs, what else must he be hiding in the govt's files? Polaroids? #StopJohnsonsEpsteinCoverUp

None of us should feel exempt or invulnerable, because if they can do this to our neighbors, they can come for us, too. That said, those of us who are not presently among those being targeted should not focus on our own fear and vulnerability. We should support those in the immediate path of harm.

I just had to explain Mardi Gras and Carnival to a student using cartoons (Princess and the Frog and Rio) to explain it to them. Do people just not know things anymore?

Aaaand it’s FINALLY October. Let’s kick things off with a little X-Men themed Thriller homage! That said, I’ve got plans for the entire month, with plenty of art to share, and maybe even a little contest! Full details coming Friday! #xmen #magik #halloween #thriller #kittypryde #jeangrey #zombies

I actually didn’t even realize that grey sweatpants are slutty, but I’m not always good at knowing what is or isn’t a slutty outfit. This is a terrible blindspot for a busty woman with a big ass to have.

This is true. When work was on lockdown earlier this week because of a possible active shooter, some people went back to work or just fiddled on their phone. Meanwhile, I was perceived as “freaking out” because I intermittently kept watch from a secure location after I locked the doors.

Welp, it’s time to publish this: Bluesky Moderation has affirmatively dropped the ball with respect to allowing the transgender community on this site to protect itself. I have a blocklist, titled “Transphobic”. You can’t see it. Bluesky Community hid it.

It’s an absolute shame that DC fired Gretchen Felker- Martin for exercising free speech and then @bsky.app suspended her account. Every writer here should be decrying this because we have to stand up for each other! This is ridiculous.

The president of the United States just declared war, actual military war, not a metaphorical one, on a major American city, and one governed by his political opponents. In any other period, this would be impeachment-worthy.

It is galling that a man with one neurological disorder is making life hell for people with a different neurological disorder. Other than that, I don’t care.

Spasmodic dysphonia is a rare neurological disorder that causes a strained voice. RFK Jr. says he has had the disorder for decades and treats it with Botox injections, a common treatment.

Next month for poetry book club we are going to read a book by a poet I don’t care for, in fact I LOATHE the one, tedious and exhaustingly long book of poetry that I read by her. However, this will be good for me, which is why I enjoy this book club.

This is tied up in the idea that in the United States there are no poor people, there are just temporarily embarrassed millionaires (to quote Steinbeck). The right in the US has done very well in selling the myth of the American Dream, and mostly to the detriment of those dreaming of it.

It is extremely frustrating to talk about something like a wealth cap tied to 100x the minimum wage over a lifetime career, and people’s kneejerk reaction is “but what if that affects me?” and I can promise you that you aren’t making $180million (to use California as an example)
