I hope y'all really like rat models with big gremlin energy, because that's what is coming down the pipe! Here's a sneak peek 👀 (please get hype) 😌

Also! If you commission/hire me to turn your 2D dreams into 3D delights, I can -and will- absolutely print your model in resin and mail it to you (if you cover the shipping)! I've got a Saturn 4 Ultra loaded with goop standing by. That's a ClayRade™️ guarantee!

30-ish minute photo study of Fred Gwynne as Herman Munster, Rebelle 7, H graphite pencil Forcing myself to draw more every day 🐭✌️

I don't share my sketches for sculpts often (I don't have confidence in my drawing ability) but I did like some of these malicious rat goobs that may become mischievous miniatures at some point! Yes, I am still open for 3D sculpt commissions. I need money!

Hey! Yes, you! Do you like the miniatures you see here? Of course you do, I digitally sculpted them all! Do you have art/refs you want made into miniatures, -and- are willing to give me money in exchange for my time and ability? Big projects, small projects, whatever! MESSAGE ME!

So we have a confession. We started painting our minis! We got to debut Ollie and Root at Tucson Comic-con but we've at work on more! Stay tuned to see more soon! Or is our true confession that we started playing Warhammer? #Art #3D #NoAI #TableTopGames #Insect

I have to tag @lowpolyrobot.bsky.social in appreciation for their post talking about the art in the Xanadu databooks (available on Internet Archive); if it weren't for stumbling upon that thread I wouldn't have discovered the "Axebeak". I immediately got to work. More below! ⬇

More and more refining and detailing; at this point I was out of ideas and started adding the suggestion of organic features back into the model around the undercarriage. Nearly finished at this point, and I'm quite pleased! This was a challenge compared to my usual work, and I learned a lot!

Blocked it out in a hurry, then slept on it. At this point I weighed whether to go full organic and greebly to match the chaotic energy of the ink drawing, or take it another direction. Decided to lean into the robotic aspect, inventing what I needed while keeping the silhouette.

I'd also really love to work with / for / under someone already sculpting minis, I think that would be great experience. If you've got a mini line that needs more niche sculpts, get in touch! I have difficulty ideating because my 2D work is weak, admittedly, but I sculpt like a madman when pushed.
