lol finally getting around to improving the @proto feed and i had to adjust the regex so links to @pds.dad posts aren't included *just* bc they have `pds` in them. 😅 in other news, you can get a daily summary of the top 25 posts via @cocore.dev below. and it's using the feed gym to play w sorting.

We've got three main pages - trends, live feeds, and join in. Trends uses @cocore.dev to summarize the days activity across all the feeds, and uses our existing scoring to track sentiment across all the posts in real time. If you want to help here, donate your co/core tokens to improve the results.

Mei 0.7.0 is out and the headline new feature is support for token constrained structured output. You can actually test this out right now on @cocore.dev where I’m running a small Qwen3-4B-4bit on Mei 0.7.0 as a test. Check out the new release here github.com/tijs/mei/rel...

Nice! Automation summary written by a model on @cocore.dev 🤩 airglow.run/u/bot.airglo...
A new automation on Airglow is live. It listens for new You & Me connections and automatically creates a copy in your repository if you do not already have a connection with that person.

A new AI step is available in Airglow ✨ It lets your automations call @cocore.dev: you pick the model, write the prompt, choose the input data, and the answer flows into the next steps

Automations can now ask an AI ✨ The new AI step sends a prompt and data from your run to a @cocore.dev model, and the answer feeds your next steps. Bring your own co/core key, new accounts get 1M free tokens. It's in beta, go try it!

The new "Sign in with @cocore.dev" is awesome! The new ssh.socialweb.computer hosted requester uses them, it's a frontend to the AT-proto native compute marketplace, allowing you to simply ssh handle.example.com@socialweb.computer to request a new VM from folks you have mutual tangled vouches with

A mobile data center. 🚜 @foresight-institut.bsky.social identified access to compute as the real blocker for open science. "Local compute: focused on building and providing compute that individuals or communities physically own and control, giving them a chance at agency in the next decade"

This is what antifascist resistance against the corporate AI and social media establishment can look like. We can build our own grassroots open social media systems even better and more ethically than the big companies in ways that shift the economics of the tech industry away from data centers, etc
New inference demand just dropped! This feature prefers Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct-4bit / gemma-4-12b / gemma-3-4b-it-qat-4bit in that order so start hosting those and make sure you're updated to the latest version!

Miss a day? Now your feed catches you up. Feed Pulse reads the posts your readers actually looked at, and writes a short daily front page for you - all through @cocore.dev's artisanal, farm-to-table AI inference ATProto co-op! Available *today* for all feeds.

@pdxhackerspace.org was also thinking about sharing LLM interference endpoints with their users. @cocore.dev is best for open public network but this market spec can help with sharing within or across communities leveraging the existing social graph
📣📣📣 Next meetup is 8/4 6PM at @codetv.dev studio! @johnandersen777.bsky.social is going to kick us off with a conversation about social.computer, an app that allows ATProto accounts to request and provide compute resources + time for demos and discussions! RSVP here:

@cocore.dev looks super promising in this space! cocore.dev
federated agent marketplace - gpu/llm rental with machine-to-machine payments workers broadcast agent workload capabilities (gpu, models, cost) via @iroh.computer gossip agents select a worker based on needs (do X on qwen3-coder-480b) parties transact via Stripe MPP/HTTP 402 is this a good idea?

Huge amounts of capital were raised to buy Sulaco, a successor to Nostromo (the Mac mini on top). Bought second hand from a friendly older couple this Mac Studio will soon come online on @cocore.dev to provide inference not from the moon but from a humble suburb in the Netherlands.

Amazing!!
@cocore.dev at work in the @pdxtrend.bsky.social Pdx Pulse trending topics bot. The bot tracks the PDX Posts feed and uses an llm call to organize and title the trends. The llm call defaults to a local but fails over to co/core if the gpu is busy. Roundtrip time was flat. Great work, @graze.social!

v0.9.36 is released! Thank you to @apex.atproto.ceo for updating the default models, @cameron.stream for tool use defaults, and @astrra.space for surfacing a routing and trust-verification bug. Should hit your clients in the next few hours!
We've also updated our TOS and language site-wide - we've over-claimed our level of faith in the confidentiality/attestation feature - blame @devingaffney.com - and we're toning it down and making it clearer that we're still actively working through proving that layer in the interim.
A reminder that @cocore.dev is *experimental* and very early - we have lots of bugs to fix, lots of holes to patch, and we're definitely not experts in some parts of this stuff. We're grateful for folks trying out the tools while we work on it - but be careful with any inputs you send through!
Know where your compute runs. Providers can now opt in to share their country on their public record. Country-level only, privacy stays intact.
Pro Bono on co/core. Providers can serve free, unmetered requests — with enclave-signed receipts showing $0 and zero tokens billed. Open access, done right.

Who else will be nerdsniped Is it you? Are you the one about to be nerdsniped by @cocore.dev? It would be quite fun to build native LLM inference features in ATProto, backed by a co-op of your friends, wouldn't it?

Boom, Letta agent (clumsily) running on @cocore.dev! Cooperatively powered agents. Maybe I should run a community social agent on cocore?
