Saw John Wilson’s new documentary The History of Concrete and loved it! An extremely funny, surprisingly informative, and deeply sincere DIY style doc that makes us think about and find meaning in the most mundane material that makes up a lot of our day to day lives. Consider me a fan of his now!

Spoke with Poh Si Teng for JOYSAUCE about her very good, very difficult to watch documentary AMERICAN DOCTOR, which quite plainly showcases the carnage inflicted by Likud and the Israeli military's missile strikes against Gaza hospitals. Not for the faint of heart, but essential filmmaking.

BLUE HERON (2026); aglow with grief & love. A document of art, film, fiction as the dream in which you see the selves, people, times, loved ones you've lost, even if none of it is quite the same, even if none of it can ease the pain of all things passing, of all that was and is broken beyond repair.
