WoW Forever names reserved. Got my main's name without a problem, but not the meme name I wanted. I got an alternative of it, so at least it's something. Just over a week to go...

One of the reasons why I love the Frogpants podcasts is because of how random it can get. I sent a message to The Monday Show about The Littlest Hobo, and @scottjohnson.zip & @misscarter.bsky.social end up talking about beef farts. 😅

@technicaltea.show Absolutely loved this month's Office Hours. I really enjoyed listening to the two of you go back and forth, talking about anything and everything. Excellent perspectives on a wide variety of topics. Keep being awesome! :)

get in, no time to explain

This makes the BioWare news that much more disappointing. This looks fantastic.

Briefly played in the WoW Forever stress test today, and had ALL THE FEELINGS. Yeah, really looking forward to when it launches in two weeks.

Here we go! If you haven't voted, here's all the info you need to cast your referendum ballot today. www.elections.ab.ca/current-elec...

Rolled credits on all of Final Fantasy XVI today. Quite enjoyed all of the base story plus the two DLC offerings. @benstarr.bsky.social is amazing.

“The internet is a store but it used to be a library” hits me like a slug to the chest

Heads up! This is a thread - more like a library/compendium - of my columns, speeches & podcasts about Alberta's referendum questions. I thought it might be useful if I gathered it all in one place, organized by time and topic. #Alberta #notothenine #abpoli #cdnpoli

Still trying to understand how Napster got shut down, but Anthropic is going public and still hasn’t paid us authors yet after stealing our work.

Hooray for another day of being at the office with the entire system down.

I love how evergreen this is.

I had previously uninstalled Fortnite because I was just done with it, but now I'm completely done with Epic Games as a whole. Easy decision.

Also, #FFXIV having a 24-hour maintenance during a holiday is just annoying.

Happy Thanksgiving, Canada! I'm thankful that the snow we got on Friday/Saturday didn't stick around. #yeg

My son is working through Futurama, and he got to Jurassic Bark. Excuse me while I go cry uncontrollably.

This is a fantastic article by @scottjohnson.zip that does a great job of summing up what WoW Forever will be like, and who it’s for. I personally can’t wait.

Happy to see the confirmation that my ballot was received and counted.

A thousand times this. Cannot agree more.

I really wish more Canadian creators used Canadian fulfillment services. I don’t want to pay exchange and duties and increase the cost of the merchandise significantly. 😰

COMIC: “Prophecy”. Dude might be a bot, or he just made a typo, but either way, I took inspiration from it. More comics at newduck.com #comics #webcomics #humor

Special ballot in the mailbox. Doing my part to stop the stupidity!

Picked up Combolands after hearing @senabryer.com talk about it so much, and I’m glad I did. Very fun and cozy puzzle game.

I will be forever grateful to @tristanelwell.bsky.social for his Starter Villain cover art. The moment we all saw it we were all, "Oh, we're gonna sell a LOT of this one." And we were right! Authors, please use Tristan for all your cover art needs.

Had my best run in Slay the Spire 2, got the last boss down to around 1/3 health. Not sure if this one has other phases, but it was fun and frustrating at the same time. Such an awesome game.

Well shit, the WoW Forever bug really got me. I'm itching to play it.

I love seeing the hype for Heroes of the Storm. Please let it continue, because the game is just so freaking awesome. #HOTS

I swear I’m the only person I know that isn’t happy that fall is here. I would love to live somewhere that I could live in shorts year round.

I know I’m super behind, but The Arcadion is such a fun raid series so far. #FFXIV

Truly this thread is the best absurdist thriller novel I have read this year

Cinnamon Rolls - Gator Days

I’m getting itchy for another tattoo and more piercings. If only I had the money for it.

Played a bunch of HOTS with my partner tonight, and hot damn I love that game. Blizzard, please put more resources into it and bring it back to the forefront. It’s just so awesome.

Chef’s kiss.

Windows: 4 minute update! Actually Windows: at 0% complete for over 15 minutes now. I really should know better.

Seeing @thebeaverton.com podcast back on my feed today makes this day bearable. Quite happy that it’s back from hiatus. 💜

It’s almost 9:30 am on a Tuesday, and I’m already at the “Is it Friday yet?” stage of the week.

Guess I'm done with #FFXIV for the night.

I love how game companies say that they listen to their players, then immediately prove that they don’t. This is why I prefer the smaller and indie game devs.

Heroes of the Storm news is so freaking exciting. I need more HOTS in my life!

Hello Games delivering the goods! Holy crap, yet another amazing update!

Did the new 7.56 MSQ in #FFXIV last night, and I’m even more hyped for Evercold now. The only reason why I’m looking forward to January. 😅

Sixty years ago today, the starship Enterprise launched and with it, a vision of the future where humanity had moved beyond its divisions. I was there at the beginning, and I can tell you...

“There's nothing wrong with you. You're different, and that's what makes you so special. Come be in the future with us. Bring your specialness to the future, because we need you.” I asked @wilwheaton.net about the intersection of Star Trek and mental health and his answer is so powerful.
