I’ve been doing a lot of walking lately. No earbuds, no music. I just walk around the perimeter of downtown and then down each street. I observe nature, people, the world. Feel my heartbeat, listen to my body, feel connected to myself and everything around me. I have never felt more alive.

I've started slowly changing my diet to support my gut microbiome and mitochondrial health. I feel a lot better, but definitely a long process I've started. What you eat is way more important than anyone wants to think. Walking has been a huge help too. I've lost about 15lbs since I started caring.
