I am so outraged by this! I can't imagine a government secretary attacking a teenager and someone who probably volunteered to help the kids when needed. As a former cadet. I guarantee,that he isn't worthy of shining their boots. Cadets stand up for people. Americans stand up! fix this shit! Shame.
