Is it a coincidence that Trump waited until after England was eliminated to announce he’d be at the final? Spain and Argentina fans, you have 3 days to learn some epic chants

The New York Times@nytimes.com

From @theathleticfc.bsky.social: President Trump will attend the 2026 World Cup final, the White House press secretary confirmed, adding that Trump would travel to New York City on Friday to attend a FIFA reception at Trump Tower in Manhattan.

Physicists have announced that they are 95% finished with a Grand Unified Theory of Everything. The remaining 5% will be focused on Everything.

They can absolutely be dangerous, but not because they have even the slightest bit of agency, but rather due to our own credulity, and the ease with which they can be used to create and spread disinformation (to say nothing of the erosion of trust in what we see, the devaluation of art, etc.). 4/4

As a Jew, the admin’s focus on antisemitism as the primary litmus test for immigrant acceptance makes me profoundly uncomfortable. For Jews who support this: when has anything like this ever worked out well for us?

You are up to date.
