I want to try something new here: reviewing some of your replays asynchronously! Until October 31st, I'll be reviewing 1-2 replays per person or team, depending on demand. Submissions and more information can be found using this form: forms.gle/dHDpNDVJp2sE... #splatoon #compsplatoon

How to VOD Review Yourself and Others: A resource that was reserved only for my SBA teams. I was going to make it into a video but it seems too awkward and long to mKe… so here’s the script I reformatted into a guide. It’s free to read on my metafy #compsplatoon #splatoon3 mfy.gg/guides/view/...

Already got five submissions, so I guess I'll have my work cut out for me tomorrow, to say the least. That doesn't mean they should stop, though!

DYM is excited to announce that we have a new frontline, Chikorita! She'll be slaying with Ttek, 52, and carbon 😈 We also played in FTIU114 yesterday! Chikorita: yay! @nextgen5.bsky.social: yippee! @elloganspl.bsky.social: woohoo! @mar-spl.bsky.social: hooray! @lavender-spl.bsky.social: yahoo!

@areacup-global.bsky.social has began posting replay codes for their tournaments, starting with AREA CUP Six Seven which is available here: areacup.com/memory_player super cool work from them and would love this standardized for semis and grands of S ranked (and above) tournaments

If you can't rely on your team all the time, why don't you rely on your opponents instead? #splatoon #compsplatoon 🔗: youtube.com/shorts/myeAH...

This was fun to do lol @drippycm.bsky.social @custom8107.bsky.social #Splatoon #Splatoon3 #splatoonart #ibispaintx #art #sketch

My two-cent ramble about something that a few people have heard if they've spoken to me recently: The states of looking for a coach and wanting to coach. #splatoon #splatoon3 🔗: youtu.be/8ynxNm2sYtI

Just want to advertise this feature of Scanner a bit but if you have uploaded your tournament run to YT and want it also to /vods/new, it is as simple as reading the file in with scanner and clicking a button. No more filling timestamps/weapons/modes/stages manually no matter how long the VoD is.

For the scanner feature, is there such thing as having too shit of a capture card/computer for it not to work smoothly?

Asking for a student: Who are some Splatling players you'd recommend watching to learn a thing or two from? #splatoon #compsplatoon

Today is National Truth and Reconciliation Day. It is also Orange Shirt Day. Today, we honour Indigenous children, families, and communities who were impacted by the residential school system, including the children who never came back home. Truth is just the first step in reconciliation.

52 in Open.

Part of me wants to sell my ideas because I can't be bothered to publish them myself or voice them over. Videos related to Splatoon or otherwise. My realest work comes from what I write, not what I speak or talk about. Someone else can likely bring those ideas to the public better than I ever can.

Drinking Your Milkshake got 2nd in Silver Bracket for Shopping Spree! Unfortunately though, it's with great sadness that we announce this was our last tournament with our wonderful frontline and brush player, Timokthy. We wish him luck as he steps away from comp to pursue life adventures!

Go support this Custom guy I think he’s pretty awesome 🫡🔥

My new guide, Road to S+ and BEYOND - Content Summaries, is now out! It's a detailed look at the content from my original training plan so that you can skip straight to the good stuff. Until Sept. 20th, you can use the code ROADTOS+ for $5 off! metafy.gg/guides/view/... #splatoon #compsplatoon

Splatoon art is back, somehow. Anyways, went back and did a another family picture haha, took forever, but I enjoyed it💙 @drippycm.bsky.social @custom8107.bsky.social #ibispaintx #art #splatoonart #Splatoon #Splatoon3

When I encounter someone who's about my height, I think they're quite tall, nothing crazy. However, it makes me think about how much taller shorter people (average height or less) perceive me to be, which leads to the "Do you play basketball?" comments every once in a while.

I'm back with a new tournament! Zones classic #1 $80 cash prize + badge for 1st Single Elimination Zones only bo5 Friday, August 28th 7:30 PM est sendou.ink/to/4324/info

Where are the SwS replay codes? I'm thinking about reviewing all the Splat Roller games for a video Plus it'll be great for me to study

May move this to a future date if everyone is still very much Raider-pilled. Otherwise, just less than a day remains to submit replays! Submissions can be made using this form: forms.gle/U8VNYGgXMXqX... #splatoon #splatoon3

Haven't done this in a while, but on Saturday, August 1st, at 2 PM EST, I'll be hosting Recon Mode on Twitch, where I'll review some of your replays! Reviews will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Submissions can be made with this form: forms.gle/tJjiWPjRSkyE... #splatoon3 #splatoon

I have four video scripts that are pretty much ready to go, but the last thing I want to do is record them ;-;

Two out of my top three performing shorts tell people to do and learn less to improve at Splatoon 3. In other words, as coaching advice, I’m saying that using less cognitive effort will help with getting better.

I'm offering a YCH (Your Character Here) commission for 10$ USD right now! Prefer Splatoon characters but open to more c: DM me here or on Discord @eenyee to express your interest!

Splatoon Community Census 2026! Last year the form got over 1000 responses and gave some great insight into the community! This year's census will continue in its goal of encouraging dialogue and identifying issues within the scene It takes 10 minutes to complete! 🔗 forms.gle/xqYSpB7AanqJ...

Didn't catch this until now, but a big thanks for over 250!

The age-old question, it feels like, that I want to ask once more: How does one improve their awareness in Splatoon 3?

vouch for Custom's coaching!! he's been a great resource for my team and we've learned soo much from his sessions

the Coach Training Program (run primarily by @eenyee.bsky.social and @ren97.bsky.social) will be a genuine game changer for the community imo I'm currently going through the beta myself (with others), and after only 2 days of lecture, I'm already learning a lot and am excited to absorb more info :)

Not the biggest fan of promoting coaching unless it's in a video, but everyone's first or next session will be $5 off with the code "CUSTOM5OFF". This code can only be used once per person or team. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! metafy.gg/@custom/sess... #splatoon #splatoon3

I want to put this out again to anyone who has anything to add to the guide. Typed out notes are okay if you cannot record, but having both would be appreciated. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or want to contribute! #splatoon #compsplatoon
