Election season is upon us again. Republicans are proudly fighting to be THE MOST obedient Trump servant while also pretending these manly alpha dogs. Make that make sense.

If Pamela Jo Bondi won't disseminate evidence of Donald Trump's horrible crimes, we can. Below is the declaration of one of his victims. She alleges that when she was 13 years old, Trump repeatedly raped and beat her. Trump also threatened her and her family with death if she told anyone.

So apparently white Americans in Minneapolis are putting Mexican flags on their cars so ICE agents waste time pulling them over. They call it ICE fishing. 🧊 🎣

Ian Austin, an Army veteran, was arrested for protesting ICE in Minneapolis. But he’s continued protesting. Senior reporter @julialurie.bsky.social spoke to him. “When they say, ‘Why would you be out here?’ How the fuck could I not be out here?” he says. “My nation is under attack."

Fred Trump had dementia and his family set up a fake office so he could think he was in charge while other people made the decisions. Mentioning this for no particular reason at all. Not even sure what made me think of it.

I don't know much about other countries' FOIA laws but I think it would be very interesting to find a country that has a really good FOIA law that applies to leadership and file a request for all the leaders' texts, signal messages, etc. sent to or received from Donald Trump.

MLK Jr. said America suffers not just from "the vitriolic words and actions of the bad people but for the appalling silence of the good people." Remember this.

Today, it’s not your vote that determines whether the government brutalizes you or sends officers to your door. It’s your neighbors’ vote. If you’re ok with this happening to Minnesotans, don’t get comfortable. You won’t be exempt for long. In the end, a lawless administration comes for everyone.

When ICE starts going door to door demanding to search our homes, and MAGA gun nuts start a shootout, perhaps then republicans will realize what they voted for and who they really are.

It’s wild that the president of the US can’t be prosecuted in US courts for anything but the military can abduct foreign presidents to face prosecution in US courts.

The president has illegally declared war to stop fentanyl trafficking from a country that does not traffic that drug, claiming its leader is trafficking drugs himself, the day after pardoning a former leader of a country who is a convicted drug trafficker. Just to level set

Pete Buttigieg would be a good DNC spokesperson. He would do a GREAT job of going around the country, being on TV all the time, and putting out Dem messaging on EVERY issue. He would be an excellent counter-Leavitt. And we NEED one. He should be holding regular press conferences and putting

The government has been shut down for weeks but this is just the most recent example that representative democracy is a failure without compromise. All elected reps are failures at their one job - which is to make mutually dissatisfactory agreements . Vote them all out. Lets start over

With the Republicans excitement about cutting SNAP benefits, I’m reminded of the story of King Solomon recommending cutting a baby in half. The real mother pleaded for the child’s life while the false mother agreed. Republicans don’t care who gets hurt in America as long as they have power.

It’s funny that politicians all say “Voters are smart” but none of them would support a constitutional amendment to allow national referendums. Think how quickly abortion right, term limits and gun background checks could be resolved!

If being elected to Congress was never intended to be a job for life, why does it offer a pension? Why would we want to encourage anyone to stay for 20 + years? If we can’t implement term limits we should abolish congressional pensions.
