Love how confused the crowd is. They know the beats for Trump’s racism, but this guy’s racism is new and they’re not sure when to clap

Rally speaker: "Mike Rogers is an American. Abdul has a birth certificate. The birth certificate says he's a citizen of America. You know what? a birth certificate doesn't make you an American."

Did I just bike past David Byrne? Yes. Was he wearing a solid color jumpsuit? You bet. Was he directing a large contingent of young people to do something? Duh.

I love how media is pretending to be confused about Zacharia. She lied a little. The lies became part of her life story. She flew too high. Now we get to see if her wings melt and she crashes to earth

Did she record the “I approve this message” tag in a stairwell?

"Mr. President, some of your immigration enforcement efforts have gone too far." "The same Hispanics who helped you get to the White House in 2024 feel betrayed today." -Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar (R-Fla), a former broadcast journalist, direct to camera in campaign ad #FL27

Hunter Biden touted the launch of the $LAPTOP meme coin, saying it was a way to reclaim a symbol that had defined news coverage about him when his father was president. It abruptly lost almost all of its value within minutes of its debut.

Golden State Valkyries forward Gabby Williams: “There’s a lot of discourse around trans athletes and what they can compete in. I would welcome a trans athlete on my team or against my team. Anytime. I don’t think it’s a problem in the world, it’s just another way to kind of attack trans people.”

One of the clear takeaways from “The Great Influenza” that’s all too resonant today is that 1920s culture valorized WWI heroes, but wanted to memory hole the pandemic. Curious if there were witch hunts targeting those who tried to keep people safe too, or if that’s a modern innovation?

This is very well done

Ossoff: "Here's what's going to happen tonight: the world's most famous sore loser will deliver a prime-time presidential sour grapes address to pursue his 6-year-old grievances about the 2020 election, while his war in the Middle East spirals out of control & the cost of living continues to rise.."

That’s totally normal. It’s just from shaking too many hands

“Loitering is not permitted in this area. Please proceed to a designated location. Thank you for your cooperation,” a surveillance machine tells a small cluster of National Guard members as they patrol the fenced off Reflecting Pool in the rain.

There’s a web comic that shows a tangle of lines converging at “now” to demonstrate the lives you haven’t lives and then extending into the future to show all the lives you still could live. And I can’t find it. Help!😭
