Has anyone tried any other styluses with the iPhone Duo? I'm curious if the Logitech Crayon or any others will actually work even though Apple only lists it as working with the USB-C Apple Pencil.

This is so simple yet so many get it wrong. I can't believe how often I get replies from people that clearly didn't read my message. Customer support was a foundation at 1Password from the beginning, and for years all of us did part time support days. I wish more companies valued it that much.

Got a split keyboard recently after some RSI symptoms showing up in my right arm. Had a lot of fun today designing a version of it in Figma just so I could figure out the layout and colors I want before I order custom keycaps. Spent way too much time on it, but it put a smile on my face 😄

Lately when adding websites to my Home Screen on iOS, they no longer seem to be showing the website's icon, and just show a single white letter on a gray background. Just me? Anyone have ideas on how to fix it? Oddly it shows the icon in the share sheet, right up until I hit "Save to Home Screen"

The situation hasn’t changed in the past year, and as far as I’m aware Apple has still not given web developers documentation that would help them control how their pages look in Safari. Unfortunately it looks like the iPhone Duo will make the situation worse, because the side toolbar isn’t treated as a safe area. I've noticed a number of people saying the iPhone Duo doesn't have a left handed mode. Wouldn't you just turn it upside down? My assumption would be that when the curved corners are on the left, the controls stay on that side. And Apple kept talking about it supporting all orientations.

Somewhat interesting, less of a weight difference when going from the iPhone 17 Pro Max to the iPhone Duo (231→254g) vs the 17 Pro to Pro Max (204→231g). So a 23g difference vs a 27g difference.

My wife and I got married at a small place here in Chicago called the Lytle House that is best known for its Dolly mural on the front of it. They run an art initiative focused on public art as well, of which of course this was a part. It still makes me smile every time I drive past it.

Anyone have a favorite rounded sans-serif that has a bit of quirk to it? I like Kit Rounded quite a bit (in the screenshot) but it's licensing is not great for me. Preferably variable, with a chunky/bubbly bold/black weight, and a simpler licensing model for web and app use. Not too cartoonish.
