The best part of jumping from twt to bsky wasn’t avoiding their aggressive algorithm or nazis but finally being able to repost stuff and not getting tagged when someone decides to hit reply to the author. Years of RTing jokes/art and getting the dumbest replies was soul sucking.

The police were called here in Wellington when a prop maker at Weta Workshop took one of the big District 9 sci-fi guns for a walk to dry its paint job faster

In the early 1990s, I co-created one of the first fully computer-animated TV series, in an Amsterdam animation studio. We used a mix of drawn elements and digitized photos in DPaint on Amigas. We made one 5-minute episode a week, while in the evenings, sometimes nights, I worked on the Hoi game. 😅

I’ve been deleting comment under my Stolas videos on tik tik for 3 days now all of people saying “Stolas is a 🍇ist” “ Stolas should off himself” “Stolas r*ped Blitz” “Stolas needs to take accountability.” Like I get it you hate the character but what does that have to do with my pretty ita bag.

It always comes back to this for me; if AI was so good, such a disclosure would be a selling point. If AI was everything these slop jockeys said it was, they should be proud to let people know their game was AI made. But the proof is in the pudding, and they can't stand that people don't want it.
