💙 Walter Koenig Nichelle yelled at him in the group photo to make the Vulcan hands. He was struggling a bit I think from arthritis. Glad I met them.

The skeletons are walking tall! I think this is a tight rope Walker, but I am not entirely sure. The skeletons are definitely holding a net for the adventurous walker.

Are you a fan of gymnastics? The skeletons are! Lots of fun events - pommel horse, trampoline, bars, floor routines, and even scores from the judges!

Time to sweat! The skeletons are working out hard today at the neighbor’s. Doing yoga, lifting weights, and using tension to build those muscles. Might take a lot since these guys are all bones.

I’m outraged by this attack on Representative Omar. Trump and his DOJ have a bizarre obsession with tearing down Minnesota, our leaders and our communities. This latest action, even as voting has already started in Minnesota, is a transparent attempt to interfere in our elections.

A strong west wind is blowing. The neighbors knew it was going to be a windy weekend, so the skellys are appropriately trying to hang on!

I don’t know if this display was because we live near a soccer park, if they were inspired by the World Cup this year, or if they set it up the same day as the Trd Lasso season 4 finale, but enjoy a Skelly Football/soccer game. With the giant ref holding a yellow card.

Keeschka is such a sweet kitty. He has been cuddling on my lap a lot lately and he likes to reach out and hold my hand. Tumble has even learned from him about how to hold my hand. I am so lucky.

I am going to try and stay atop of these pictures this year. A few doors down, my neighbors decorate their yard with skeletons - not every day, but many days of October. They started with a spooky playground!

This raccoon has been hanging around the neighborhood. I feel like it is honoring Fat Bear week. It seems late in the season for it to be pregnant. I am not sure if it is just well fed. I think it is cute. 😂

Tumble is curled up in a ball on my lap and he is deep asleep, twitching a little. I love watching his eyes and ears twitch and hope he is having happy dreams. I am loving the warmth he has. Such a sweet, comforting moment.

I just saw a quote, “if you learned about heartbreak from Taylor Swift and not Alanis Morrisette, we are not the same.” And it kind of hits. Seeing the clips of Alanis with Brandi Carlisle this week are awesome. She really is my generation’s Janis. Pure, raw emotion.

I made a card this afternoon and have no idea who to send it to. It made me giggle though. Maybe I can give it to my dad. He likes puns.

Heard it was Star Trek Day! I have been lucky to meet a few of the OG and one TNG cast members. The picture with Nichelle Nichols from Wizard World is still my go to example why CE cons are worth it just for Chris Schmelke’s care and talent. Both George and Nichelle comments me on my hair.

My sweet baby Keeschka Kitty Cat turned 15 yesterday. This morning, we are having some cuddle time and listening to him purr.

I saw Senator Tina Smith at the MPR booth and then was a few people behind her in line for a Pork Chop on a stick! Made eye contact and a big smile. Wish we had seen Peggy too!

Today’s project is to level out some dips in my backyard, so Tumble has an even lawn to run across. Went to the store and bought some many bags of sand, pea gravel, and soil. Going to be a busy afternoon.

Outside with Tumble last night and hit with the fact he looks so happy. He has a lot of fun and is a sweet boy. I am thankful I found him and can give him a home where he is loved and cared for and allowed to be a sweet boy. I hate that he spent early days in a bad place. Happy he has a home now.

I am watching a package I ordered and the delivery shows it starting in OH, going to KS, arriving in MN, then back to KS, and now MO. Hoping it actually makes it back to MN soon. 😂
