Newly added to the "Carolina's Greatest Hits" station playlist is "All Around the World" by Lisa Stansfield. I don't know if a song from 1990 counts as the '80s or the '90s, but I can undoubtedly say it's better than 99 percent of the songs from the 2020s.

Seven days of early voting down, and the site with, by far, the lowest traffic is the new park in the middle of bumfuck nowhere where nobody lives. Who could have predicted closing the usual EV site closest to me at Green Road Park would cause this?

In the last two years Trump has now claimed the cognitive test he keeps taking has the following animals on it: - Lion - Bear - Giraffe - Snake - Alligator - Squirrel - Shark - Elephant - Horse - Tiger - Whale

Trump: "The first one is they show you a lion, a bear, a snake, and a giraffe. And they say, 'Which one is the giraffe?' I got a perfect score."

I love how North Carolina deciding to temporary suspend the gas tax coincides with a major hurricane threatening oil refineries in the Gulf of Mexico... a week before early voting. Just masterful work, y'all.

Carolina "fans" saying, "We covered the spread against Notre Dame! Moral victory!" while pretending that they didn't say the exact same thing 20 years ago when John Bunting got fired and Carolina ONLY lost 45-26 to fucking Charlie Weis.

The real takeaway from the idiotic "Choosin' Texas" article (an article about a song I've never heard before) is that Rolling Stone and Billboard are obsolete institutions. The music industry is pretty much on its death bed gasping its final rales.

On August 4, when it is revealed that Mitch McConnell suddenly died, Parker's next "checking in" question will be "People don't actually believe we're in a dictatorship, right?"

WKIX (AM) in Raleigh was mentioned as one of the "Great Radio Stations" on the July 18, 1981 edition of American Top 40! I'm pretty sure I mentioned that once on Twitter before it became the Nazi website...

Lindsey Graham died the way he lived, as a minor distraction from Mitch McConnell

Just heard a TV reporter say ZIP code 27520 as "Twenty-seven five twenty," and I briefly wondered whether or not it was AI narration because nobody with a brain has ever said a ZIP code like that.
