Curious, what would be the qualifications? Require an agenda? Time in grade? Selection is by voting? Shouldn't that be sufficient? As I understand it, Schumer was the best fundraiser. Not sure what qualifications Jeffries had. Do we want establishment (fundraisers) or rabble-rousers?
