One thing I am proud of creating is the #ggseg-universe. A suite of #rstats packages to plot #brain atlas data. Its mainly made for inflated cortical surfaces, and contains three main packages: - ggseg, ggseg3d, ggsegExtra + 23 different atlases ggseg.r-universe.dev/packages

Updates for the tutorial: From Spreadsheet to #RStats yabellini.github.io/fromSpreadSh... The new version of the materials uses Quarto, the native pipe, and adds an example of how to quickly publish a report using Netlify. We already taught it at Software Camp 2026 by @softwaresaved.bsky.social
