We had the Internet get unreliable for a few days recently. It’s a fine reminder that you don’t own anything that you stream. I’m out here shopping for a dvd player for *incase sh’t* and buying old dvds for cheap. My grandfather was a hoarder. I’m a minimalist. I guess I have to find a balance.

I always struggle with the existence of large well-crafted dungeons in any fantasy games or stories for a bunch of reasons. You can dispel one of my most nagging issues though by telling me who made it, why, and how. Definitely don't say dwarves made it then died.

Good writing follows the same rules as good living: Emotion needs action. Conflict needs consequences. Change needs proof. That’s how readers believe your story. #dnd #writingcommunity

Kinda wild everyone assumed there was a protocol in place for a rigged election and totally overlooked the whole 'only the winner can punish the people who cheated to win' mechanic, but I mean when they take 100 actions per round, it's easy to lose track.

Those who take power through violence often work just as hard to justify it. Even they feel guilt. So they build stories to wall themselves off from those they harm. 👉 Creators: This is why villains need more than power. They need beliefs that shield them from guilt. That’s where the depth lives.
