Just watched the trailer for The Magician's Nephew. Outside of the bizarre music choices (and Charn looking a bit too animated for a dead world) I was actually very pleasantly surprised. The cast looks spot-on so far, and the creation of Narnia looked absolutely gorgeous!

Desperately hoping for one of these guys to wake up and start wrecking shit.

My best guess is that because everything in RWBY is inspired by stories and mythology, some guy at some point went through something like what Jesus went through and that was enough to allow a cross to be shorthand for suffering and burdens and Qrow wears one because that's how he sees himself.

I think Ninne's low point song would be either Inside from RWBY or Drifting Soul from Xenoblade 2. Depends on exactly what kind of mental breakdown she's having.

Ninne is fairly good at spotting shady shit, but she is usually very loathe to assume bad intentions from anyone.

Ninne's laugh is usually a light musical chuckle. But if something really really gets her, she will sometimes exhibit a smoke-alarm style of laughter consisting of brief piercing shrieks that can break glass in between long stretches of almost inaudible wheezing.

Ninne can't tell a joke to save her life. Any laughter she does elicit is purely accidental. That said, she absolutely has a sense of humor. She has a particular weakness for simple and absurd humor. Like if you showed her this: youtu.be/ZFsRYd-9thg?... she would probably pass out from laughter.

Ninne would never pirate, that's a rule (largely to avoid playing into harmful stereotypes about duskwights). But, the rule's negotiable if the creator's an asshole.

Ironically, Ninne is actually not a big action or RPG fan. She's more into farming sims and card games (with a secret godlike skill at rhythm games). That being said, I think she and Garrus would get along well.

If given the opportunity, Ninne would absolutely be leading a French Revolution style revolt against the Monetarists in Ul'dah. She doesn't like greedy asshats at the best of times, and certain events in ARR definitely didn't help.
