Bye bye Carrick. You are cooked.

Yeah, let's get big Josh on. That'll work. Jees.

Here I am again lining up for more football based punishment. Things must improve eventually. Mustn't they?!

A beautiful piece of art. FSOL forever.

Tight fit but here goes .... *begins the disco lunges*

Awesome record with one of the greatest guitar solos of all time. Fripp was built different.

Induced many a psychotic moment on the dancefloor.

Well that was a cracking night. Was supposed to play 6-11 but there was DANCING & vibes so I pushed through till 12. Got a round of applause at the end from the frankly lovely crowd. Even got some take away pasta for my efforts. Good times.

DANCING DANCING DANCING @The Phoenix xxx

Let's go .... *begins the disco lunges*

If The Last of Us did pastries

Doing a Friday morning radio show at 10am. Going to fight against the oncoming winter with reggae tinged goodness. Join me!

My sister bought me the picture disc of this when I was really ill. I had mental fever dreams to this (& the B-Side) a record that I will never forget.

This is godd we have started wel... oh nevermind. Fucksake united.

Oh I SAY

This made me laugh. I asked about decks for this weekends party... "Oh yeah we have decks, of course!" The decks.

Currently working away while listening to this. It's a brilliant mix.

If you want a genuinely weird and frightening Halloween mix then get on this. 2 hours, dark bass, chilling ambience and a load of horror movie samples to die for. www.mixcloud.com/lwstd-fm/202...

I did so much moshing about and drinking Thunderbird wine to this album.

I remember traffic jams Motor boys and girls with tans Nearly was and almost rans I remember this...this Song: I Remember California Album: Green

After writing a massive D&D campaign I am now bumping up against the reality of trying to get people to play it. Twas ever thus I guess. *Watches Critical Role like a kid staring through the window of a sweetshop*

I am at the doctors so as is tradition. I am a patient boy.... I wait, I wait, I wait.... *Fugazi face*

Cautious moment of optimism in regards to the fitba ⚽️

I just signed the petition to save the BBE store - the world renowned Black music independent labelled. Will you join me and add your name? you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/sa...

I may be sick but I have written an excellent Werewolf scenario. A good use of my time. I love the Lycanthropes. This bit of American werewolf in London always amuses me because he looks so much like Jaz Colemon from Killing Joke.

I may be ill, but I had to jump out of bed at 6.30 am for a very excited 12 year Olds birthday. What a joy seeing her grow up.

When you are ill the most annoying thing anyone can ever say to you is 'Oh I feel ill too'. Fuck off with that. Especially if you are not obviously 10 times worse. Just say 'Poor you' and move on. I want sympathy not competition.

What a day. Accidentally mixed up a couple of names in the podcast blurb and killed an Afrobeat star. Now fixed but remind me never to rush through a recording when soaked with Covid ever again...

Today is Fela Kuti's 88th birthday, Dele Sosimi was his band leader and appeared on the show a few years ago and blew us away with his charm, amazing anecdotes and wisdom. To mark the occasion we here at What Goes Around are rereleasing our classic interview with the great man.
