テイブル really does just draw the perfect Mokou. Her build, the body language, they way they draw faces/expressions capturing both her cute tomboy & masculine unc energies, especially the tiny detail in some pics to have her bottom shirt buttons unbuttoned explicitly to show off her abs

You can tell I’m mentally checked out with social media cause I didn’t even bother to prepare anything to celebrate 1 year of FMW being readily available outside of Japan

Oh hey, just noticed that Fantasy Maiden Wars is the cheapest its been yet. An excellent, absolutely GIGANTIC Touhou strategy-RPG in the style of the Super Robot Wars series. But with no knowledge of Touhou (it starts at the same place as the recent remaster game) or SRW required. It's just good.

Fantasy Maiden Wars: Dream of the Stray Dreamer (2022) - i really can't put into words how amazing this game is. the story is so fucking good, and oh my god it is such a long game. this was such a blast to experience, i will be returning for post-game content after fire emblem! i loved this game!!!

Fantasy Maiden Wars is getting its English Switch release tomorrow, I am no longer asking, buy that game, it's not only one of the best Touhou fangames ever made, it's just one of the best strategy games ever made in general.

The English translation for Fantasy Maiden Wars is finally coming to the Nintendo Switch! It will be available on the Nintendo E-shop starting from the 30th of July. Do note that the English translated version will be separate from the Japanese version, not an update.

More people need to play Fantasy Maiden Wars. Not only is it better mechanically than many mainline Super Robot Wars games, but a great starting point for anyone curious about all this Touhou stuff. If you're not familiar with any of its inspirations, that's fine! It assumes no experience.
