Today’s run in the cold rain wasn’t fun. But it was a reminder that we can do hard things.

Work from home Fridays aka constant flow of coffee and zoom calls in my boxers til noon

Rest day today so I replaced my run with a bit of a walk to get outside. Amazing the things you notice when you slow down and take your airpods out.

Excellent article, completely agree that scapegoating one ingredient has and will continue to get in the way of real progress.

Bragging about working 80 hours per week is akin to bragging that you run 100 miles per week. It tells us nothing except that you can spend a lot of time doing an activity. That takes dedication. But... What matters more is what happens on race day or in your meaningful work.

Truly nothing like that first sip of coffee…

You can biohack all you want, you’re still getting this work at the Turkey Trot next week after a night of beers.
