I ssh'd into my beaglbone from my phone, while 3d printing something. There is now no way to come back from this, as if building game stuff wasn't enough. I'm officially a nerd.

back again... I've managed to stay off mainstream socials for months. lurking in discord. have touched DQR in probably 3 months. Been busy doing other stuff, mostly worrying.

I was in my first formation flight yesterday! The Canadian Aviation Museum fleet (with @flightchops.bsky.social in his RV-14) did a flyover for a charity & I rode in the back of the Chipmunk (@peacewind.aero was in the back of the Harvard). I even got some stick time. More difficult than it looks!

Fine tuning the end of the Keep level, it could be longer but I have to move along... still grinding at this project, 5 yrs in ;) Yes I'm alive, busy, keeping an eye on things.

I finally played Deathtrap Dungeon again, 27 years after it was released. I think I only ever played a demo back in 97 or 98. It's an odd feeling but I realize just how much it is an influence on DQR even though I barely played it or remember it.

Snowboard trails are way harder to make than ski trails 😅 We just used Unity’s trail renderer for ski tracks. Ended up making a custom trail renderer that generates a mesh based on board orientation vs velocity, it was easiest that way 🙃🏂 #gamedev #indiedev #unity3D #indiegame #indiegamedev

When I released my demo I was shocked how many showstopper-type bugs it still contained... I really had to sit down and fix them, so I updated the demo. One issue I had to admit defeat about was that the shadows are too weak and so new we have these strong ones. #gamedev #indiegame #mazestalker
