twich Pinatas... I don't know, i'm really close to being done with this site. I mean, I guess I'm not the target audience, but I don't need to gamify watching a stream with pinatas and evolutions and blossoms and streaks and...

Yes, I say this as someone who has the Pokémon Community Game running in my streams, but no one comes to my streams, so it's not bothering anyone. It's just something for me to do while I lament no one coming to my streams. But I'm on Twitch to watch streams, not pay-to-win them.

So sick of people screaming about a politician doing something absolutely terrible that hurts people, and then declaring "Oh! that's so good for the other party!" Like, as long as the party you don't like loses votes, it's great that they're hurting a whole lot of people. Bonus for your side, right?

This is wild. I started listening to a Red Dwarf audiobook, and it's narrated by Chris Barrie, who played Rimmer on the show. When Lister speaks, Barrie Imitates him so perfectly that I had to look up whether Craig Charles was narrating Lister's part in the book. Amazing.

Chika just debuted a new Aural Vampire song and it is very industrial, with some complex vocals, some of it based on Buddhist chanting. Amazing.

Wow, Chika from Aural Vampire just sang an Utada Hikaru song on her stream. Worlds collide. She seemed surprised that I know who Hikki is. lol

Utada Hikaru was probably the first J pop artist I ever heard. If not her, she was very early, and the first one I actually remember knowing by name. I first heard her in '99.

Wild. I just watched a tear garden live video recorded just a few weeks ago that cevin key posted, today then I switched over to a DJ stream of someone who only plays vinyl, and he is playing tear garden.

Hate has no home in Illinois. We must condemn the rise in violence against the Indian American community facing this nation that, thanks to Illinoisans, did not emerge in Aurora. I remain committed to ensuring that all faiths receive the safety, dignity, and peace they deserve.

I just heard someone on TV say "blowed up" and "ultiment" and I demand someone pay ME to talk because I can do it so much better than these dumbasses on television.

if every Democrat that is running for office who I've never heard of and sends me spam email about it votes Democrat in the midterms, it's going to be a sweep.

Apparently the most important thing in world events the last two days is that an entitled rich pop singer thinks she can just walk into a store and buy anything in the place and is mad that they told her no. You can't go in there and buy the shelving, register, the carpet either. Stay mad cry more.

Just heard an anchor on the news, after presenting a new photo of space that looks something like a smiley face, declare “looks like UFO stuff to me”, like a brainless dumbshit. No wonder Earth is stupid when even people who present the news hurr hurr their way through life.

Someone explain to me like I'm a human with common sense why grocery store freezers would be on the internet and have their temperature controls accessible outside of the grocery store.

Also, News Guy,“food security” does not mean “preventing hackers from changing the temperature on an Internet accessible grocery store freezer”.

Seems like the author of this science fiction book thinks Earth's atmosphere is made purely of oxygen, and that a spaceship would be filled with pure oxygen so that the occupants could breathe,

which makes me wonder how one could write a science fiction book when they don't even know the basics of an atmosphere on our own planet. Fiction indeed.

It's supposed to get up to 96F here tomorrow. The record for all Octobers ever is 94. Thanks billionaires. You do know that you have to live on this planet too, and no amount of money will rescue you when we all run out of food because it's too hot to grow any.

They're giving Betsy the code name “Butterfly”. OK, sure. Now let's name Logan Mutton Chops an Iceman Cool Guy. What the actual... Unless this is some reference to the butterfly effect and how everything Betsy does has a profound effect on the future... yeah, no. #BetsyBraddock #CaptainBritain

On Episode 996 of my video game podcast, I'll give my early impressions of the Steam Frame VR headset that I very luckily was able to procure, and talk about Lord British's upcoming IP triumph in 2027, and how one of my favorite 90's games is getting a remaster. twitch.tv/VOGNetwork

Kind of seriously considering making an entire album, or a podcast, that consists entirely of the reverberating rumbling bass noises that are so prevalent when people have their microphones bolted directly to their tables and keep bumping them while they record.

Listening to a popular science fiction novel that was turned into a motion picture, and three chapters in a) I can't tell if it's supposed to be a comedy, B) It just blew every bit of its credibility with its “science” by having two of the characters go "Oh my god, scientists never considered that!"

It just kind of blew any desire I have to get through the rest of the book. ...That, and the awful embarrassing dorky voice the narrator uses for all the women characters...

Also doesn't help that the Super genius scientist guy is picked to study the alien life solely because of his super genius idea that he theorized all by his lonesome... when I've believed the exact same thing most of my life... Sigh.

when I've spent all my life listening to and reading about and watching scientists consider exactly that. "Scientists thought we'd meet little green men, not discover bacteria or microbes!" Um, what?

Periodic reminder: My "NP The Cure" posts happen whenever i hear The Cure, as long as i didn't play them manually myself, or they didn't pop up on a playlist i'm listening to: Radio, DJ streams, etc. I've been doing it for years. It's part OCD, spammy, and all fun! But mostly actual OCD.
