We’ve officially entered post-wokeism. Not utilizing tech billionaires’ earth-killing plagiarism machine is privileged, elitist, and dare I say, maybe even ableist(?) Please adjust your behavior accordingly.

A pointless pre-game dog and pony show that leads to the death of a service member. Which is immediately ignored so a football game can be played. On a day that was purposefully about “honoring the troops“. Is so on the nose as to be ridiculous

Hegseth’s “warrior ethos” is under fresh scrutiny after a tragic stunt resulted in an airman’s death.

This is my wife. She just got a Bluesky. Give her a follow. It’s true gas station roller dogs ward off ill humors and miasmas

My spouse just told me the secret to his strong immune system is that he’s a connoisseur of gas station food — specifically, food that comes off the rollers “because the germs get baked in build immunity over time.” Alas, deep down…I cannot unequivocally rule this out 🧐🙄😑

First thought was this sounds like shitty Christian pop and turns out the dude was a pastor

it’s forbidden content but i have watched this video of the AI songs a man made for his mistress after murdering his wife being played in court maybe 20 times today. It is one of the most compelling things i have ever seen

If you stay up late enough after dinner, you will meet The Three Urges, one for a healthy snack, one for a savory snack, and one for a sweet snack, each one serving a different purpose to calm the mind, body, and spirit. Only those with a warrior’s heart will have the courage to satisfy all three.

When I go into the replies of one of my friends it’s like flipping over a rock and seeing bugs that are cool and interesting. When I go into the replies of any major news orgs or big “resistance 🌊” posters it’s like flipping over a rock and seeing bugs that are off putting and disconcerting

Wife smoked a different strain she got from the neighbors last night and came in fist pumping and singing “a-ha, yeah-hey, wanna be my lover” like she was a member of La Bouche

Sometimes before bed my wife will smoke some sleepy time weed and whenever she does she always comes busting in from outside like Kramer and exclaims “geez Louise!” I don’t know what about weed makes her talk like a character in Leave it to Beaver

No matter what you think about ICE, this is sad. ICE shouldn’t have hired him in the first place (he seems to have had big impulse control issues) and wouldn’t have if they had done background checks *before* giving him a badge and a gun. Now a man is dead, and the Trump admin bears responsibility.

One day a.i. will create an image of shrek with titties so voluptuous and supple everyone on earth will abandon human contact and attempt to reproduce with only the shrek image leading to humanity’s extinction. Now are all you a.i. doubters ready to take it seriously?

republicans are a diseased people. their brains are rotted husks that they fill with the cruelty and greed they use to humiliate people below them. they get off on making you suffer. they want to see you grovel. worthless, ugly people. yes, this includes your uncle bob, too

An OB-GYN sued (often low-income, uninsured) patients for owing as little as $114. He charged them 18% interest. And oh, he had many of them *arrested* if they didn't follow through. That OB-GYN? Republican Senator Roger Marshall www.nytimes.com/2026/09/08/u... Insane story by Sarah Kliff

The only correct answer to this is a truly unique city of chaos. The answer is St. Louis

I love the generic NYC, Miami, and California settings of the GTA franchise, but GTA7 should be set in, like, a generic Midwestern metropolis. Cincinnati sounds good.

I’ve started writing my wife letters from work containing inane thoughts or not very pressing stories or observations. I also always put a P.S. in the letter containing a question so we can chat about the letter. It’s fun for her to get letters it’s like I’m sending little gifts.
