40% of executives fail in transition. Yours doesn't have to. Former physicist. Former corporate leader. Current prevention specialist. No coaching. No journeys. Just systematic architecture for €50M+ P&L leaders.

A monk. A cardinal. Different robes, the same pause. No debate. No doctrine raised like a shield. Just two traditions remembering why they began. Peace does not ask who is right. It asks who is willing to stand together.

Complete revamp day. Never knew that my LinkedIn profile had so many skeletons. Skeletons like my old coaching language. Stripped them out. Every single word has meaning. Executive transitions aren't about inspiration - they're about integration. And integration requires architecture.

I didn't take the chance to introduce myself properly. - Physicist turned Software Developer turned Leadership Development Coach - I get out of bed every morning to coach tech/pharma leaders - Moved away from Twitter 2 years ago - I'm trying out graphic design. PS: - All my fav people are here.

My client today: "Performance Review is tomorrow." My advice: - Breathe. - Take your 2% truth. - Ask questions to refocus the conversation. Like: - How are you part of the problem? - Where do we need to go, together? - How? Always ask questions.

Looking for a perfect script to handle every question is what keeps leaders stressed. Always wanting to control every aspect. Don't rely on rehearsed answers. Instead practice genuine curiosity. Ask questions. The issue is, great leadership doesn't come from scripted responses.

You are up to date.
