So I regularly complete #YouGov surveys on various topics. Today they sent me a new survey at 00:49 AM. Unsurprisingly I didn't see it until 06:45. When I clicked on it I got a message telling me I'm too late - it had now ended. Thanks guys.

Having spent years watching Wimbledon #tennis, I've been getting increasingly irritated when watching matches around the world to hear crap music being played between games. Just watching #Queen's now and I see this idiocy has spread to the UK. Does anyone actually want this?

Currently reading Andrew O' Hagan's Caledonian Road. I was very impressed with the first two chapters but was brought to a shuddering halt at the start of chapter 4 when it became clear O'Hagan has no idea what a mainframe computer is. 😃

I'm in #France at the moment, and just visited the Cité Europe shopping centre in #Calais. It's much like any other ( #Manchester's Trafford Centre comes to mind), but I was impressed by this statue of General de Gaulle.
