Hard to believe it was 25 yrs ago. At the time we couldn't imagine how we were gonna get our lives back after our apt was pretty much destroyed b/c the window blew out, filling our apt w/ all that toxic dust (they told us was safe at the time) & paperwork from the top floors of the WTC. (1/2)

It was part of Ground Zero & we were locked out of it for 3 weeks before they let us go back in to try and salvage what we could, which wasn't much, & we should've just trashed all of it, but it was hard to let go. NYC got us through. Will never forget! We ❤️NYC & miss it so much.
