Traitors really is the best thing on TV, (and I have long been obsessed with it) but while this has been a fun watch, the absolute inability for the Faithful to even look at any of the Traitors is maddening. The early easy wins meant they never made good alliances or theories. And here we are.

It's obviously important to get Traitors out, but just also the case that it only matters nearer the endgame, so it's still possible for them to unite at the right time but it's a 10/1 shot. Romesh, if he's not murdered overnight, is the kingmaker. They will simply HAVE to look at each other soon.

I am so happy I've been off work this week (ok, waiting to start a new job). Watching Australia get ground into the dirt yesterday and fall apart like a cheap washing machine today has been just fantastic 😍 #SAvAus

The colossal misjudgement that Trump would back Ukraine, not Putin, was obvious at the time. Johnson is paid a fortune for this inane piffle.

Oh well, no harm done, eh?

With Trump's removal of Starlink, Russians are now hunting cars full of people in Kyiv, using jet drones for which Ukraine's interceptors no longer function to stop. Three people murdered an hour ago in southern Kyiv, with six others injured, three of which are children.

Excellent discussion today on the @wisdencricket.bsky.social podcast and the Afghanistan T20 league. Katya was superb on the continued hypocrisy from the ICC and full membership. The Taliban's treatment of women & girls is barbaric and it must have consequences. Otherwise it is appeasement.

The obvious 'solution' at the moment is for full ICC membership to be removed until there is a women's programme. The men get to continue playing, but there is a consequence to the Afghanistan cricket board, its funding (where the women's funding goes nowhere near women) and standing.

They still get to compete and we still get that story but it's made abundantly clear that the rules have impact. Sadly it's not a surprise this hasn't happened because of the power structures in the game and the insipid leadership at the ICC.

I 100% agree that if you take money from the Afghanistan T20 league, then you are, at least indirectly, supporting the brutal regime there, and appeasing its brutality. That is a red line. It cannot be shrugged at.

If you do a deal with a murderous dictator who rigs elections and bombs a western ally just to make yourself look better before midterm elections, while giving them billions to further bomb Ukraine, that's not the act of a president that cares about anyone but himself. Over to you, US voters.

It's a day ending in Y, so it's time for Trump to show what a thin-skinned narcissist he is. A little boy in a grown up world with a vindictive streak as wide as the Straits of Hormuz, even if the thing he did was a terrible, tragic idea. I'm sure FIFA can give him another Peace trinket.

The more I think about it, the more murdering Jerry would be a random move likely to throw everyone. If they murder Hannah, the Traitors will be playing a very obvious game. #CelebrityTraitors

Suella Braverman, consider Walter Tull. Born in Folkestone to an English mother and a Barbadian father. A footballer for Tottenham Hotspur and Northampton Town. A British Army officer who led soldiers into battle and was killed serving his country in 1918.

Ok, we're 2 episodes into #CelebrityTraitors and it's been brilliant already. Richard has created an iconic moment for the ages, but simply being his unfiltered self. 😆

BUT.... If Richard goes, then it'd be way too obvious to get rid of Hannah, for a round or two, and if they ditched Jerry, who doesn't have a clue, I think (my wife correctly suggested) it'll throw people, including Hannah. Unless.... They recruit her?

So my take.... Richard is toast. The round table felt like it swayed back towards him just when there was doubt. I'm gutted for Hannah as she was totally right with her prediction about how they've acted. And I thought that she'd be nailed on to be murdered..

I am SO bored of the Westminster journalists obsessing over an early general election. Almost no one in the voting public wants one. We're sick of them.

This is terrorism, plain and simple. Netanyahu's ultra-nationalist government has waved it through for years and has enabled these appalling incidents to occur. This is on him. Sadly, for all the international outcry, he simply does not care. www.theguardian.com/world/2026/s...

This is *not* the result of "the success of Mahmood's reforms", but of earlier measures/other factors. Her proposals could make it considerably *worse* in future years. A few other points linked below.. archive.ph/0psJ8

Oh this is desperately sad news. She was an incredible writer, thinker and was always on the side of the oppressed. A huge loss.

She was brilliant and sharp and warm - three things that very rarely go together. We were Twitter friends for years and she was one of those steadfastly moral and compassionate voices who made every day online nicer place to be. I am so deeply sorry to read this www.theguardian.com/books/2026/s...

Samuel Alito flew flags used by insurrectionists. Clarence Thomas' wife plotted to overturn the 2020 election. Both justices refused to recuse themselves from SCOTUS cases related to the Jan 6 plot. Both ruled in favor of Trump's mail-in ballot sabotage. I don't think I'll ever get over this.

Very much worth reading this.
