I loved Carrie, it's my favorite adaptation yet. I wasn't sure about this being a TV show, but it was absolutely the right move as it allowed characters to be fleshed out. Loved the modernization, logo treatment detail, Rahul Kohli, and the Battlestar Galactica reunion that happened in Episode 7.

I finally got around to beating DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations. In short, this expansion is incredible, top-to-bottom. It contains *actual* revelations about the Doom Slayer that won't spoil, but it's absolutely worth seeing and experiencing for yourself because it's so goddamned good.

I stand by my 5/5 review of DOOM: The Dark Ages: www.savingcontent.com/2025/05/09/d... If you were on the fence or dismissed DOOM: The Dark Ages for whatever reason, you should reconsider. I don't think I've ever played an expansion that makes owning the base game feel so essential.

Beating the final boss of Revelations is not the actual finish to the game. The real ending comes after completing a whole endgame full of arenas, unlockables, and revisiting levels to access new areas that is some truly Metroidvania sicko shit that I haven't even scratched the surface of.

We received code for STAR WARS Zero Company today. Already it's a killer turn-based tactics game that I don't think I'll be missing the base building over. I'm partial to the default version we've seen in the trailers, but you can fully customize Hawks outside of missions (this is a tame example):
