If you’re still deciding on the Hennepin Cty Attorney race, we’re supporting @cedrickfrazier.bsky.social because we know Frazier will stand up for Minnesota when ICE hits our streets, unlike former Trump employee Folk. Get it together, MN. racketmn.com/dont-fall-fo...

racketmn.comDon’t Fall for the Folk-Tales - RacketFor years, the watchdog group Revolving Door Project, which scrutinizes executive branch appointees, has raised concerns about Folk's career trajectory.

My news feed is full of videos of Brazilians celebrating Lula's win... they are running out of stores at malls to hug each other, they are pouring into the streets, they are jumping up and down at watch parties. We will have this someday, America. This will be all of us. We will celebrate again.

Minnesotans know that you get what you organize for. President Obama knows that too. We stood up to Donald Trump once. On November 3rd, let’s do it again.

What do you think the overlap is of Minnesotans who swell with pride at local organizing against ICE and the people who want a partner at Trump's favorite law firm to be the next Hennepin County Attorney?

Michele Tafoya was a-okay with Operation Metro Surge. She blamed Renee Good for her own death. Now she wants to reinvent herself? Give me a break.

You know what would be cool? If you could specify when booking an airline ticket, that you prefer not to sit next to men. I just boarded a flight and I'm lucky to be in a row with just women and I feel much more comfortable and safe. Imagine if airlines intentionally helped us with that?

Deliberately crashing the American economy—costing American families well over $5,000 each—and then promising to pay those families back $5,000 but *only if* they keep letting him abuse them and the country for two more years... ...is some *seriously* dark, domestic-abuser shit.

What a profoundly shitty month. And this news is just a terrible blow to humanity as a whole. RIP Dolly - you were the best of us.

I definitely just put my hands under the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom, and got frustrated when it didn't turn on to blow dry my hands. On my last brain cell here. Grief is weird.

Giant EFF YOU to anyone who says "Let me know if I can do anything for you" or "I'm here if you need support" and then is nowhere to be found when you actually need things. Sorry that my grief or needs are during your vacation or afternoon with your girlfriend or taking from your leisure time.

The #DFLprimary election is tomorrow! Can you help get out the vote?! Take a couple minutes right now and send a text to 10 friends who live in #SD46 (Hopkins, St. Louis Park, and the NW portion of Edina). Remind them to vote and share why you’re supporting Lynette for Minnesota Senate. #mnleg

Riley Gaines came all the way to Minnesota today just to watch Sophie Cunningham make only 1 shot and her team lose to the Lynx. Riley & Sophie are proof cancel culture isn’t real because they both are deeply mediocre athletes that only have big followings due to their bigotry.

HOLY. MOLY. 😮 #WinTwins

Britt Robson @brittrobson.bsky.social

Twins had two out, nobody on in the 9th. Trailing 3-0. Had one hit the entire day. Down to their last strike often--had to overcome a challenge on a 3-2 pitch to Bell. But a hit batter, a single, that walk and suddenly a grand slam by Kody Clements walks it off.

There is a real choice in this race, and the stakes are sky-high. I'm running for U.S. Senate to make sure Minnesotans can afford their lives, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to explain my bold vision for our future. 🧵

Patrick Hanlon, mayor of Hopkins, flipped his SD46 endorsement from incumbent Ron Latz to challenger Lynette Dumalag more than 3 weeks ago. Despite this, Latz is still claiming Hanlon's endorsement on his social media, his website, and his most recent mailer ATP, Latz is straight-up lying.

I didn't think I cared about this little dude.... but it turns out I find this Google fun (and him) damn delightful.

If you google the word “Jimothy,” a cartoon with the raccoon’s likeness scampers across the screen. The raccoon probably was born with what’s known as short spine syndrome or a similar condition. His fame has brought attention to the condition.

stand on those values then, mayor, and get darley herrera his job at the city of minneapolis back. it's not his fault donald trump's immigration misspelled his name and caused this mess that lead to him losing his job his union and the regional labor federation are in solidarity with him

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey@mayorjacobfrey.bsky.social

For more than 20 years, Minneapolis has been clear: our City employees are here to serve and support our residents, not enforce federal immigration law. This ruling affirms our constitutional right to make that choice and continue serving everyone who calls Minneapolis home.

Outside money is trying to mislead voters in the MN state Senate race for SD46 (Dumalag vs Latz). Make sure you know where mailers and digital ads are coming from and who’s paying for them. Let’s have a fair race that respects the will of voters in our district. @lynettedumalag.bsky.social

I have several questions. 1) Who is getting carded for pasta? 2) Should we offer unlimited pasta at polling places? 3) Should the new motto of election officials be “When you’re here, you’re family?”

Insomnia has been a real burden on my life lately. But occasionally, I will be awake in the middle of the night and mindlessly scrolling along and be rewarded for said burden. Tonight is one of those nights.

This was way too much fun for 9am and pre-coffee (pre-coffee for me anyway!). Happy Pride! 🏳️‍🌈 #CityofMpls
