i'm still just really shocked others focused in on formal methods are impressed, any of em (defs not all) w/the theorem.dev / anthropic thing like i do see some value in it for sure it just it upsets me literally viscerally like i feel it in my tummy that something is scary that this is the bar

the core of it is this: others are much more prone to think it is rude to call something bullshit, whether u explain it as frankfurtian and introduce the philosophical concept first or not whereas i am prone to think it is wrong not to do so i think *actually* the truth is in the middle
i feel like i literally can't talk to ppl about what i think bcz i actually think my natural way of expressing myself is wrong i had forgotten about this it was a thing that happened when i was employed too i kept getting in trouble for it and i didn't ever understand quite and i still struggle

i think there is part of this that is exactly why i am doing unusually well for my education i have unusual perspectives and standards both it is NOT a universal benefit there’s a lot of downside to it i fuck up often evaluation wise and that is ok it’s something about the nuance of statement?
