RIP to Brian Wolfe, who reached the majors with Toronto in 2007 after two other organizations had already given up on him. He had two sensational seasons as a reliever with the Blue Jays, and then he pitched extensively in Japan through 2018. Wolfe died on September 15 at the age of 45.
