The Democrats continue to operate as if the Constitution, public order, and the law still apply, and that Trump and the Republicans still respect them - while the right has gone full Nazi, and today's GOP is a rogue, unconstitutional party.

Using a child as leverage isn’t law enforcement. It’s cruelty dressed up as authority, and we should never accept it as normal.

Netanyahu and his fascist party's goal is to exterminate or expel the residents of Palestine, whether it is Gaza or West Bank. Reconstruction would cost at least $110 billion, with $20 billion in the first 3 years, most given to private construction firms, defense suppliers, intermediaries.

The October 7th terrorist attack carried out by Hamas has become Israel's casus belli to justify the genocide and mass starvation it is carrying out in Gaza, and attacks on the west bank. It has also kept Netanyahu from going to prison for corruption.

“I’m really good at this stuff. Your countries are going to hell.” To the people of the world who wonder if there are Americans who grasp how mad he is: There are. We can see it. We are working to mobilize our people to oppose him and his dangerous regime.

French President Emmanuel #Macron: "All lives are equally valuable. And the duty that we all have is to protect one another – a duty that is indivisible, just like our humanity.." "I declare that, today, France recognizes the State of Palestine."

Pritzer gets the mechanics of authoritarianism – systemic intimidation, seizing control of elections, etc. – in a way others in national democratic leadership don't or won't say out loud.

Pritzker: "One of the reasons Trump wants to send troops into cities is bc he wants to be able to take control of the 2026 elections...if they've got troops in cities, & it becomes a kind of norm for people, then it won't be abnormal for them when they're going to vote having troops at ballot boxes"

Canada Prime Minister Mark Carney: "The current Israeli government is working methodically to prevent the prospect of a Palestine state from ever being established... In this context, Canada recognizes the state of Palestine."

Meanwhile over the weekend, the US government sent a letter threatening France, Australia, the UK, and Canada if they recognized Palestinian statehood. Despite US warnings of “punitive measures,” they proceeded with recognition.

I don't understand why taxpayers are supporting a government that is useless. The Republicans do whatever trump wants and the Democrats can't do anything. So, why are they pretending to be a "government for the people" and, why are they taking money from our pockets to sit in meetings & argue.

Great news for Canada, Mexico, and Europe, skilled workers are no longer needed in the United States as Trump adds a yearly $100,000 fee for H-1B visa holders. US tech companies now face a unique opportunity to leave the United States and hire skilled workers abroad.

Big rich guys like Benjamin Netanyahu or Vladimir Putin can now buy new Miami real estate and a golden visa to get away from it all when they are done with whatever it is they are currently doing.

You don’t need skilled workers when you can have new oligarchs! Trump is now selling golden & platinum visas to any billionaires that want to live in the US tax free & away from international courts; as a bonus they get obedient peasants to serve them & lick their boots.

Since there have been too many documented instances of ICE murdering people in the street or illegally grabbing or beating US citizens the Trump regime has an innovative solution; you can no longer film ICE and fuck your first amendment, buddy.

Good thing US officials have a handle on protecting people’s human rights and guaranteeing their safety after ICE kidnaps them… sike! At least 11 US officials were removed and arrested for trying to guarantee ICE victim’s safety and welfare.

As I told @newrepublic.com, "Once last week, twice today, ICE has picked me up and thrown me on the ground. Honestly, it doesn’t compare to what our neighbors who are trapped inside the Broadview processing facility are going through. They’re committing crimes against humanity there."

Another symbol from WWII is the Cross of Lorraine — adopted by Gen. Ch. de Gaulle as a symbol against Nazi Occupation/ Vichy 🇫🇷. Appeared on the flag of Free France. Soldiers wore lapel pins. There are many necklaces / pins etc. that can be found online. Could be paired w/ 📎 too.
