According to Claude, if SpaceX bought Tesla, around 12% of Tesla shares would need to be sold that day since SpaceX isn’t in the S&P500. So, there will be no purchase of TSLA until SPCX is in the S&P500.

If SPCX buys TSLA for a $60 premium Musk makes around $42B on his 720M shares - I assume he would have to give up his $1T stock option. SPCX is likely to fall 10% on the acquisition (costing Musk around $126B). Don’t see Musk diluting his SPCX shares to buy TSLA as he can loot TSLA’s cash regardless

Think of the number of NDAs Musk employees have signed: robot remote operators, Roadster II prototype designers, CyberCab remote operators, solar roof tile engineers, everyone in accounting across all his companies. The 1st thing the Ds should do when they have control is void all of those NDAs.
