I just want to say again, as the person who wrote the first energy efficiency guide for data centers in California, that we should not be building data centers for AI. If you were one of the people that think that we should be building data centers for AI, let me just say, you're dead wrong.

What's the harm in AI? Jeez, people, ya get so riled up.

The other day I watched this lizard for 1 minute and 11 seconds. At about the :45 second mark, he eats an ant. And there are people out there that say I've wasted my life.

There's a direct connection between Elon Musk and the #Cornell7 Pay attention, especially you men that claim you are ready to bash the patriarchy. This is a functional way to take it down.

I’ve spent a lot of time over the last week, talking about rape and sexual assault in my life, which is exceptionally painful. And now I’m done again, but wow, I hope you men are paying attention.

OMFG. SCMafia.

Lionesses keep the male lions in check out in the wild. I’d love to see women doing similar things here in society.

Wholly H2O does tours of various watersheds in the East Bay. Ee focus on the history of people of color and get deep into what happened in this 1 mile area of the watershed. This Saturday we are in Aquatic Park, Berkeley, a former shoreline turned stormwater capture. www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticket...

Appreciate Reich’s personal knowledge and perspective on why to pan Rahm.

I’m just leaving the East Coast to return to California and I’m finding this fact very very cool

This is what it looks like when we go back to the 1600s and allow businesses and corporations to be political and economic entities that have global influence over countries and their actions. We are literally selling our democracy off.

I came up with some more inane bullshit for everyone to argue about!

You read that right: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar will, thanks to the approval of Trump's FCC, own 49.5% of Paramount Warner Brothers, and CBS, and CNN. One of many things to keep in mind when you cast your vote in the next six weeks.

When Elon Musk's groups spent $20M+ on Wisconsin's 2025 Supreme Court race, his involvement backfired and his candidate lost by 10 points. Now his super PAC has quietly spent $14M+ on key midterm races, including the Texas Senate race. Would be a shame if people found out.

For white pelicans, they are awfully colorful!

I gotta admit, I’m getting tired of being misunderstood while lifting others up. Yes, I’m not perfect in my efforts. What a shock. I’m going to hide under a rock for a while.

Anyone?

Looking for a data center water use expert to talk to, especially if they are in California. Who's out there? #datacenter #wateruse

I get this from my mother, by the way. From her I learned that one should always challenge a tyrant, especially when they believe themselves to be your boss. "You don't have to win," she told me. "But you do have to fight."

The Empire State Building went pink at exactly 9:25pm for Dolly Parton. Because of course they made it 9 to 5. That’s how you honor an icon. 🩷

Dolly Parton and Patti LaBelle playing their acrylics. Two icons.

Just last niught while walking my dogs, I was thinking about how to get Dolly and Mz Rachel together, as well as how to keep Dolly alive forever. I am so vehemently sad to see her go, with all the goodness that she has shown can still emerge from the USA.
