Serious question... Why is Trump such a cunt? He's incredibly wealthy, he has a family. He could have been a nice guy and it would have been so much easier on him and his family. I know he's not the brightest but surely he realised long ago that life could be easy? Why be such an evil prick?

Kemi Badenough says that Labour policies are recking the economy and what we need is tax and welfare cuts. Yeah like that worked last time. Then you added cuts to everything else too which is why we're in this shit-show and why you tripled the national debt. Never forget the 14yrs the wankers had.

If you think a test for dementia is an IQ test, you have dementia. If you don't realize you have been given a test for dementia because your physician suspects you have dementia, you have dementia. If you think being able to tell a giraffe from a whale makes you a genius . . . you have dementia.

The best motor museum in the uk... The Hayes Motor Museum, just off the A303 nr Sparkford. I'm no petrol head but I smiled the whole time I was there. All in such good nick and so shiny! Lots of photos in following pages...

Holy shite! "They give you 5 words: Hat Hair Logo Right Black. I repeated them later. They said, “holy shit.” Almost no one can do it. But I can because I’m a freaking genius" You know Trump might just be overstating things?

1/4 Airbnb... a fucking rant! Tried to book an Airbnb but I'm not a member. Logged in using Google, so I got the usual, "is this you message" on my phone from Google. Then I got an email from Google letting me know they were sharing my details with Airbnb. Then Airbnb sent me a text to confirm ...

2/4 my number. Then Airbnb sent me an email asking to to insert a code on the booking to verify who I was. Then, oddly, Airbnb asked me to send them a photo of me, to confirm I was a real person. Airbnb asked for my credit card details which were verified on my banking app with yet another ....

3/4 passcode. Then Airbnb asked me to send them a copy of my passport to confirm my booking, which I did. Then Airbnb went a step too far and asked me to send a fucking selfie, to verify that the guy in the passport and photo was me!! I exploded in a cloud of expletives. I cancelled it all. Wankers!

"So Reform UK LTD are spending some of their cryptocurrency donations by sending out 15 million 8 page flyers to homes if you want them or not. It would be a shame if people who didn’t want them send them back making them pay for the postage?" via Mike F Shaw

So, Which part of the diesel deal is treason? Obviously the fact that Trump is an utter cunt isn't enough for impeachment or the 25th amendment, let alone treason but what about making deals with the enemy or possibly being a co-conspirator in the deaths of innocents? Asking for a friend.

Zack Polanski getting asked if he'll stand down after one election when Nigel Farage lost like ten in a row. Fucking ridiculous media environment.

Do you think that anyone in the US Govt has considered that live-streaming Nidal Hasans execution might make him a martyr for similar minded extremists? Do you think that anyone in the US Govt has considered that executing a guy by firing squad, whilst he sits in his wheelchair, is not a good look?

I'll never profess to understand religeon but whilst travelling around Europe you come across some, mainly catholic, strange sights. This is in Noci, Puglia. I called it "Sexy Jesus" because why's he showing a bit of leg and his underpants and wtf is that dog chewing on? Sorry about the poor image

I suspect you've all seen this but it's worth reposting. It's a shame that the subject of the piece hasn't the wit nor intelligence to understand a word of it but hey-ho. I give you the words of the most eloquent, Oliver Kornetzke...

As well as a Britannia Magic Dome, Tories will build a Halo Array, a Stargate, a Dark Tower, and a Death Star - named respectively Spirit of the Blitz, Maggie's Opening, Boris-Dûr, and Churchill's Clacker - funded by sales of a new wellness smoothie made with carrot, ginger, and poor people's tears.

A few pics of Alberobello, taken during our recent holiday in Puglia, Italy. The conical looking buildings are called "trulli" (singular trullo) and I believe originated in the 14th century. They were originally made without mortar. Many have been converted in to holiday homes for tourists.

#BirdOfTheDay #BadWeather A female sparrowhawk often visits our garden during rainy spells. No idea why but she always looks really pissed off.

Well lets hope the Japanese authorities get a better result than those in the UK. Here, several US airmen based at RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath, who committed sexaul assaults, assaults and rapes have been quickly dealt with by US military authorities rather than the UK court system.

HIGNFY tonight with Richard Ayoade in the chair... Re the RAF Fairford incident, Trump says, "I don't understand how a terrorist can get bail." "That's ok Mr President, we don't understand how a paedophile can become president? KABOOM!

The most common form of wildlife in Puglia (apart from tour-guides with flags on sticks) was the European wall lizard. Very handsome males showing off their green and certainly the best portrait of a reptile I've ever taken. #lizards

Two countries voted against making food a human right at the UN, Israel and the USA. The vote would have mandated the UN to prevent starvation, and the US and Israel didn't want to fund preventing starvation.

Wildlife during our 2 week stay in Puglia was notable by it's absence; unless you wanted corvids and wall lizards. This beauty though was worth seeing as I've tried photographing them before without luck. A Violet Carpenter Bee, Europes largest bee at 3cm. (more in +ALT) #bees #puglia

I know there is a hell of a lot going on right now. But not all of it is bad. Some is astonishingly good - like the results of this study from June. Cervical cancer is a terribly cruel thing. This might, at long last, be the beginning of the end of it. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Toby Young or "The Right Honourable Lord Toby Young of Acton" complains of being "cancelled"! An unelected life peer, sitting in the House of Lords, and a regular contributor to any right-wing rag that'll hear him. Schroedingers victim; cancelled and platformed in a daily paper simultaneously!

We knew Boris was a knob before he was primeminister but somehow he still got the top job. We knew Boris was a knob when he was (essentially) thrown out from being primeminster. The Dail Fail though (where Boris still has a paid job) thinks he's spiffing! Community note wins the day.

Can we get something straight... Netanyahu has an outstanding arrest warrant for war crimes issued by the ICC. The US doesn't recognise the ICC nor it's judgements, so he cannot be arrested on US soil. It's not the fault of the NYPD nor the UN, its down to the US government. End of.

Puglia stray cats update! The cats are now fatter and much less prone to watery eyes and coughs since we arrived 12 days ago. They now trust us but one kitten has gone too far and we caught her asleep under the dining table. I'll miss them when we go but I wont have one of my own when we get home.

1 of 2 I have two new pet hates, since going to Florence for a wedding at the weekend... The first is tour guides: the ones carrying a flag or umbrella with 20 odd people in tow. Blocking everyones access, getting in evedyones way and completely lacking in manners. (Cont....)

The second is posing young women. Undeniably attractive young women but all that ludicrous pouting and wistful looking up and to the left, whilst draping themselves over a wall/bench etc! The number by the river near Ponte Vecchio was crazy, although name any landmark and they were there... pouting!

In Puglia, Italy. Yesterday we went to Ostuni, another white-washed, hilltop town. Lots of people visiting, lots of stuff shops to waste your money in (what is it with fridge magnets?) but a pretty town with some good beers and lovely food
