I thought I’d approach #Possessed from the other end. Some things once had a remarkable hold on me. These days I can barely remember why. I made a song about it, too: 🎧 youtu.be/1xyUPc6heEc?... #PoemsAbout #writing #writingcommunity #poetry #skypoet #vss #poetrysky #poem #musiciansky

Write the book you would like to see someone pull from a higgledy piggledy pile in a secondhand shop 63 years after your death and say, "This looks fucking weird. I think I will buy it for Joan.”

This poem is about a brilliant woman and her son. They continue to inspire me. He wasn’t able to remain at his local school which she was devastated about, but described her relief that ‘the walk of shame’ was over. #PoemsAbout #Bites @thebrokenspine.co.uk #poetry

"By using AI, tasks like essays that used to take hours can be completed in minutes!" Sure, like how if I arrive at the gym and immediately go for a shower, my workout is done in record time. And if I throw my sandwiches straight in the bin, I can finish my lunch in under 10 seconds.

Very excited to have my story Echo in the new issue of @epistemiclit.bsky.social. Read it along with lots of other great writing here: epistemiclit.com/current-issue

Our newest issue, AGENCY VS DETERMINISM, is out today! Read, enjoy, and share! We’ll be sharing individual pieces over the next week or so 😊 #LitMagWeek epistemiclit.com/current-issue/

“I use AI art because I wasn’t born talented at art” is something I hear a lot now and it’s so ridiculously insulting to artists I have to scream into a cupboard every time.

I'm gathering good roasts for a thing....what are the best clean/not punching down ones you know? Or your kids know? Kids often know best on these matters. Every joker who replies with a picture of some roast lamb will be stopped. Perhaps not today. But one day. I mean insults and you know that.

What a great statement by Macklemore

Prem Thakker ツ@premthakker.bsky.social

New: Macklemore says Robert Kraft — who owns Gillette Stadium, where Macklemore & Ed Sheeran were to perform later this month — called Sheeran. Kraft rallied other owners together behind an ultimatum for Sheeran: if Macklemore stays on the tour, you won't be allowed in our venues.

Absolutely over the moon (sorry) to have a poem in The School Magazine! Perfectly illustrated by Greg Holfeld too. #PoetryCommunity #WritingCommunity #KidLit #WritingForChildren #Poem #Aliens
