Every day I regret more of the people I followed when joining @bsky.app , it's just hate and terrible engagement porn

I expect by this time tomorrow I will be down to @swiftonsecurity.com and @possumeveryhour.io as the only people who haven't been blocked...
This may be the end of me ever logging onto @bsky.app ever again. @safety.bsky.app can't or won't reign in the hate spewed incessantly. There is literally no value here.

Sane people want nonpartisan behavior.
Respectfully (and I genuinely mean this), I’ve never heard a single regular person ask for “bipartisanship.” That’s inside nonsense. They want things to work. If the other party refuses to work for people, be the ones who will. Fight for people. Make it plain who isn’t, and who THEY’RE for.

The best first line in Science & Mathematics history: —I propose to consider the question, "Can machines think?"

That's me in the corner. That's me in the spot. Light. Losing my handle. bsky.app/profile/idis...
Exactly. Before you try to figure out who should pay for it, maybe first define if IT is what you want to perpetuate.
What's infuriating about healthcare in the US, other than everything, is that we've actually never had a "healthcare debate." We had a prolonged health INSURANCE debate - i.e. paying for care - but never a conversation about what care ought to be.
