>but they don't make games like Halo 3 anymore You don't miss Halo 3, you miss being a teenager with no responsibilities. They could release Halo 3 (and they did on MCC) again and you wouldn't play it because it cannot replicate this feeling for you anymore
Pardon power is probably top 5 in the very competitive list of absolutely dog shit ideas the founders got into the constitution
Trump suggests he is going to pardon everyone, including himself: "I'm allowed to do a self-pardon ... I don't want to see people that work for me go through years of nonsense"
Don't worry trump is very forgiving of public incompetence
lol -- Zacharia suggests her briefing was a disaster bc it was in the morning & day before was a holiday "Typically briefs are in afternoon where the press sec has ample time to be briefed. This was a very different intake. And the briefing materials got to me evening before bc it was a holiday..."

"The creative identity and strengths that make Obsidian distinct will remain" I'll believe that when I see another Pentiment
as part of this week’s xbox restructuring, obsidian has been folded into bethesda, reinforcing layoff-borne fears that it’s been reduced to support studio status. in an internal email viewed by aftermath, bethesda’s president tried to downplay that idea
What did Paradox mean by this
so what did i do? that's right. i literally just cheated. i booted up the game in debug mode, opened the console, and force-changed my laws to cooperative ownership, which rediverted the proceeds of capital from capitalists to workers. and then suddenly everything worked again.

Large portions of the data center backlash are based on moral panic, but the the tech right VC types upset by it are very funny considering how gleeful they were about the demise of ‘legacy’ media. What’s that? You’re missing epistemic gatekeepers who would place complex facts in context? Tough shit
