My take on Trajann (or could it be The King in Yellow?)

Getting ready for the new codex. Amazing how this is basically 1300 points

Think I’ve settled on my scheme for when the codex drop. On a totally unrelated note, I apparently have around 4K of Custodes with a stunning total of 50 models

My start to Orktober. Some Flash Gitz and some Death Skullz tankbusters

Felt like Nazaret needed a couple of proper Meganobs to lead/bodyguard him and I had a couple of Ambots spare

Mr Nazdreg has joined the orkish ranks just in time for a game tomorrow

And he’s done! That was a surprisingly fun model to paint

Working on a kitbashed Beastboss for my Orks with da kaptains hat so he can get up to some hijinks with my flash gitz

Definitely not Commander Farsight for my Tau force ‘The Wearied’

Two days work and that’s 1355pts painted to battle ready. Hopefully I’ll be at that magic 2k by next weekend

Not too bad for a day, this may end up being the fastest army I’ve painted. Got some heavy weathering to do as the idea behind the force is troops pushed too far. No resupply, not enough time between engagements to repair fully and little hope of reinforcements.

A pair of RT era Chaos Dreadnoughts. Like the Contemptor Class, these are all cast entirely in metal. I will run them as Hellbrutes with a gun and single close combat weapon. #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k #paintingwarhammer #warhammer #oldhammer #nerdlings

Working on a banner nob and a weird boy currently

My orks played some sisters last night. The orks lost but they had a fun time doing it

The doctor is in. The new pain it sculpt ready to join the Waaaagh!

A unit of Stormboyz painted up and ready to rumble (or to take Stratigik points)

Second unit from Armageddon painted up. I’m already waaaay ahead of the last two editions starter boxes

When your stuck in a hotel for a week what do you do but paint some boyz. First batch of 10 boyz done apart from the basing and 10 to go

Working on a mega dread. Can’t believe quite how big this thing is

Finished up a Dakkarig because you always need more Dakka

Time for some big Dakka to take the field

Getting prepped for the table

First time painting in three weeks but happy with the results. It’s been built for 5 years but Armageddon finally called

The heat and work have been killing my mojo recently but finally got some brush to minus today. WiP 20mm zombies for From Ashes

Working on some reinforcements for Armageddon

These lads finally got to go out and do sum ‘krumpin against some Sisters of battle. First game of 11th and great fun, really like some of the changes imported from AoS

Last game of 10th today and I finally got to take my knights for a spin against some disgusting Nurgle themed chaos knights. Thoroughly enjoyable game and a win to end on

It’s criminal that the TV show Blood Drive appears to be impossible to find anywhere to stream or buy. Such a fun show

Drop something white

Currently working on a Castellan for House Coldshroud

Taking my new (war)dog for a walk

Finally got a little time to paint and I’m working on an eBay rescue Knight Moirax. Pretty happy with how it’s looking so far

Drop Someone Bald

Aannd he’s finished. the Peace of Ruin walks and Houde Coldshroud walks with him. Also I can finally get back to some corsairs now my front room looks less like a workshop

More work done on the warlord. It really is a ridiculous size!

Drop something destructive

Painted up a little book nook that I can use to take photos of my models in

On the plus side, I am making progress on said Titan

The pain of picking up the black spray can instead of the clear varnish to finish of a panel for a Titan. I may now go and cry!

I’m not sure I’m painting enough terminators.

While the corsairs project is ongoing I thought I’d have a palette cleanser.

Reave Captain ready to join the ranks

I’ll take some better pictures later and will gloss the gems/lenses - but I’m pretty happy with that for a rescue miniature.

Back to my Corsairs. Kravek Morne has crossed the aisle and there’s some converted outriders as chaos bikers too

An injury has left me with very little to do. Luckily I have lots to paint so made a lot of progress on one knight and pretty much finished my reiver

Taking a short break from the corsairs and been working on this big lad

Chaos Lord and some counts as Obliterators ready to join the warband. I’m loving how little trim work I’m needing to do for CSM

Back home from Salute and… I came third in sci-fi vehicle!

Enjoying a moment's respite, this Roane Deeper's Sergeant printed at 163% size (around 54mm) from Tiny Legend parts is complete. Painted entirely using @thearmypainter.bsky.social Fanatic, Historical, and a couple of John Blanche paints - kinda had to throw some grimdark on, right? Happy with that!

The man himself, the Tyrant of Badab, your friend and mine, Huron Blackheart! And some chosen and guardsmen too. It’s been a productive few days for a change
