This isn’t just a Trump problem. This is a GOP enablers problem. The entire Republican Party is draining your 401k and raising your grocery prices.

Just a legal historian here reminding everyone that “high crimes and misdemeanors” do not need to be felonies. They can include political abuses and stupidity, like, hypothetically, destroying the economy and wiping out people’s savings in 3 days.

“When McKinley, most famously, put tariffs on in 1890, they lost 50% of their seats in the next election,” Rand Paul said. “When Smoot and Hawley put on their tariff in the early 1930s, we lost the House and the Senate for 60 years. So they’re not only bad economically, they’re bad politically.”

“As a little girl growing up in Chippewa Falls,” Judge Susan Crawford said in her victory speech, “I never could have imagined that I’d be taking on the richest man in the world for justice in Wisconsin. And we won.”

Those two Florida districts shifting 20 points towards Democratic candidates has to be a *little* disconcerting for Republicans in the House who won their seats by less than 20 points. Thoughts and prayers, y'all.

Mallory McMorrow didn’t come to play it safe—she’s here to shake things up. A bold reformer, she’s taking on Michigan’s U.S. Senate race with a clear message: it’s time for real change in the Democratic Party. Michigan deserves a fighter. Let’s back her.

Throughout this trip, I have evoked the words and stories of President Lincoln — a staunch ally to the people of Mexico throughout his life and presidency. I don't use his name lightly. I feel strongly that this trip, at the moment we are in, is a continuation of his legacy.

But because of the flagrant misconduct and abuse of power of the Attorney General of the United States. This is how a country loses its rule of law.

Today, at the Justice Department's urging, a judge dismissed a serious corruption case against the Mayor of New York. Not because there was any lack of evidence. Not because of any misconduct by the prosecutors…

ATTN FEDERAL WORKERS: It has come to my attention that several agencies are now offering WiFi for you to use with your PERSONAL devices. If I were you, I would NOT use that WiFi. I suspect it's a way for DOGE to monitor your personal communications.

I'm here in Mexico to ensure our international partners know they can trust Illinois to remain committed to our shared goals. Over the week, our delegation has met with leaders to discuss business, government, and how we can strengthen our economies for the good of our people.

The admin will use the third-term talk as a recurring smoke screen to shift our focus. This time, it was for the Signal clowns. Yes, the idea of a third term is both scary and unconstitutional, but we are still three years away from that hypo being tested. They will bait us until we learn.

After getting some rest, I am in awe of everyone who continues to lift their voice and speak out. This is a moment for our country, and we must make a choice about the America we want to be.

It's not a bad idea to go to the local Walmart or big box retailer and buy lots of consumables now. From toothpaste to soap, anything you can find storage space for, buy before they have to replenish inventory. Even if it's made in the USA , they will jack up the price and blame it on tariffs.

Just watched the President's "Liberation Day" speech. Based on this, I can confirm many Americans will be liberated from: - Being able to afford groceries - Much of their retirement savings - Any hope of buying a home As for lower prices? Just the opposite.

Instead of doing anything meaningful to lower prices for Americans, the Trump Tax on Working Families is an extreme escalation against our closest allies that will raise prices just to give Elon Musk and his wealthiest friends a tax break.

Donald Trump may want to call this ‘Liberation Day,’ but there’s nothing liberating for those who are grappling with the high costs of food, housing, and utilities.   Tariffs are a tax – a tax on working families, a tax on groceries, and a tax on other everyday necessities.

One of the things about having a post go viral is that you are offered a veritable smorgasbord of accounts to block and/or hide replies from, and you best believe that indeed I have indulged in that particular buffet
