My kid has started a Letterboxd list called Killer Sweaters for films where the killer wears a great sweater and they've asked me to throw it out to Bluesky for more because "that's the kind of thing those weirdos like to do"

Post a comics-related poster you had on your bedroom walls as a kid. Here are two of mine - Third Eye black light posters, both won by me for pitching coins at a carnival. c. early 1970s.

My @thebookerprizes.com picks! Would be delighted to see any of these make the shortlist later today. The only book I didn't get to read was #Switzy but of the other 12 these were the ones that resonated with me the most or felt more interesting stylistically or in subject matter. #BookSky💙📚

This aired just the once in 1998 on the live SNL show for which McKay wrote it. It was effectively banned as it never aired again. I wonder why. MEDIA-OPOLY

My cat has been sick, which has made me feel so terrible and anxious, I can hardly function. She's 19.5 years old and has been with me forever. I fear we're nearing the end and I love her so much. If you have a pet, please give them a kiss for me. Take them out for a walk tomorrow; give them a treat

Each of my books has depended on the archives of the Performing Arts Library, of which I made free use because I'm lucky enough to live close by. This gift robs me of my unfair advantage & I hate it. This is mind-blowingly original and terrifying. It's sci-fi but in the way Alien is in that it's pure horror also. Just astonishing the scale of it too, my eyebrows hurt from being raised so much
