People comparing current Leeds to the George Graham Leeds are forgetting we never actually tried winning any of the boring 0-0s under Graham. At least Farkes team sort of try. #lufc

On the train to that there London with the lad. Visiting expensive restaurants. Fallow and another in canary wharf. Already delayed on the train between Westgate and Doncaster. Updates to follow as I'm sure you're interested. Hoping to find a vinyl shop.

A definite sign of ageing is that you cannot impress me with "over 20 years" anymore. Am I expected to think this sauce is ancient, because it's as old as Nelly Furtado's Maneater?

🧵Leeds possessed one of the best tramway systems in the country. Originally drawn by horse from October 1891, it was home to the first electric tramway in Britain powered by means of the overhead wire. The electrification was complete ten years later.

I do wonder if old Lego head had had a word in the refs ear before the game. "Don't let that Ampadu boss my players, that Tanaka is a bit clumsy watch his tackles" booked straight away for fuck all. Changes the game. The press is less effective #lufc #darkarts #cheating

Okafor sends it down the left, Gudmundsson hits the afterburners, pulls out a beautiful low cross that DCL can't reach but it runs to Justin and he scorches the ball into the net with his right boot. Arsenal 0-1 Leeds United #lufc

25 years ago today I turned the TV off in disgust as I fully expected England to lose that qualifier against Turkey. I walked out into the garden and was fuming. All of a sudden I heard a bloke shout "Yeeeeeeeees" I rushed back in, turned the TV on to see Beckham stood in the corner of OT. Bastard.

I bet most of them wakey players on the open top bus have never been to some of the places they've been on that bus today. Not sure there's many nice sites to see like in Leeds for example. "Ooh look Iceland, spoons, a vape shop, ooh and a polish shop. Turkish Barbers another polish shop"
